Good responsive website design in BD starts with your own numbers. Open Google Analytics on almost any Bangladeshi business site and the story is the same. Usually no. A theme can give you the structure. But your content, image sizes, fonts and custom sections may have been built without mobile in mind. If so, they will still break or slow down the site on phones. Most of the time a proper rebuild costs the same as a serious repair job, and it gives a much better result.
