Who builds this
Chattogram hotel websites built by one person who actually answers the phone
Every Chattogram hotel I have looked at, from boutique properties near Patenga Beach to mid-range business hotels around GEC Circle and Agrabad, has the same pattern: 70-80% of their traffic comes from mobile, half of the visitors are looking at the site while standing in the lobby of a competitor, and the existing website was built three years ago by someone who has not picked up the phone since the invoice cleared. That is not a design problem. That is an ownership problem, and it is exactly what I fix.
I am RH Fardin, a solo website designer and developer working out of Bangladesh with around five years of building real business sites for real Bangladeshi clients. I do not run an agency. There is no junior designer handing your project off to a junior developer who hands it off to an account manager. When you message me about your Chittagong hotel, you are messaging the person who will draw the wireframes, write the CSS, set up the bKash flow and the booking emails, and answer at 11pm when housekeeping accidentally publishes a draft page.
My pricing for hotel websites in Chattogram is honest and public: starter sites from 50,000 BDT, more substantial 5-8 room-type properties at 90,000 BDT, and full booking-engine builds with multi-currency and channel-manager wiring at 1,50,000 BDT. Anything truly custom, like a resort group with three properties under one parent brand, starts at 3,00,000 BDT. Always 50% advance, 50% on launch, and I do not write a single line of code until you have approved the visual design in writing.
If your front desk manager is the one who has to phone you every Friday because the website still shows last Eid's rate card, you do not need another agency pitch. You need someone who builds it correctly the first time and is reachable when something breaks. That is the job I do.
