The graphic design price you hear in Bangladesh is rarely apples to apples. A 4,000 taka logo from a Facebook group buys you a Canva template with the colours swapped. You get no source file. The designer blocks you when you ask for a tweak.
A 40,000 taka logo from a small studio buys you 2 to 3 concepts, real vector files and someone who picks up the phone in week two. A complete brand and launch system lands at the 1,50,000 BDT tier. It covers identity, web visuals, packaging direction and ad creatives. Anything bigger starts at 3,00,000 BDT as custom work. That includes full multi-product packaging or a campaign with motion.
Payment is half on signing and half on delivery, both in BDT. bKash, Nagad and bank transfer all work. The advance is real. It covers discovery, the moodboards and the first concept round. The balance waits for a design-approval checkpoint. You sign off on the direction before you ever pay the second 50%.

A studio that promises "unlimited revisions" is either lying or already charging for it in a much higher price. A studio that quotes 8,000 taka and "won't share the AI file" sells you a rental, not a design. My quotes name the round count plainly. It is usually 2 rounds at 50,000 BDT and 3 rounds at 90,000 BDT. The 1,50,000 BDT tier follows a discovery-led process. The source files are always yours once the balance is paid.
The other quiet driver is research time. Picture a logo for a Mirpur sweet shop and a logo for a B2B SaaS firm pitching Singapore investors. They differ not because one designer is better. The second one needs hours of competitor scanning, audience study and positioning before a single shape lands on the artboard.
