If your domain is registered somewhere reasonable (Namecheap, GoDaddy, Hostinger, an actual Bangladeshi registrar, etc.) I can keep it where it is and just point the nameservers at the new hosting. For a real business website it tends to fall apart on three things: speed (overcrowded servers), security (no SSL, no backups, easy to hack), and support (the reseller disappears).
