About RH Fardin
In Dhaka, the problem with freelancers is rarely skill. It is whether they pick up the phone in month three.
Almost every Dhaka business owner I talk to has already been burned by a freelancer once. The pattern is so common it is almost a script: they found someone on a Facebook group or Fiverr who quoted a tempting number, paid the advance, got a burst of activity in the first two weeks, and then watched the replies slow down.
By week six the WhatsApp ticks stay grey, the boosted posts have stopped, nobody can explain where the ad budget went, and the 'freelance digital marketer' has quietly moved on to the next advance. The skill was probably fine. The reliability was the thing that failed. That single experience is why most Dhaka owners are nervous about hiring a freelancer at all, and it is exactly the fear I have built my whole way of working around.
I am RH Fardin, a freelance digital marketer based in Bangladesh, working solo with around five years on Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, landing pages and conversion tracking for Dhaka service businesses, online stores, and a few overseas clients who pay in dollars. Because I designed and built websites for years before I went deep on marketing, I take one person from the ad click all the way to the thank-you screen and own every step in between.
If the ad is right but the landing page leaks, I rebuild the page. If the page converts but the form is broken on a mid-range Android, I fix the form. There is no second vendor to coordinate and no 'send it to your web guy' hand-off that kills momentum for a fortnight.
The way I protect against the ghosting problem is structural, not just a promise. I keep my roster deliberately small, usually three to five active clients, so I am never so overloaded that your account becomes the one I quietly drop. Everything is set up in your own accounts from day one, so even on the worst-case day where I am unreachable, you still own your Google Ads, your GA4, your Business Manager and your landing page outright, with full campaign history.
You get a shared Google Sheet that updates weekly whether or not we have spoken, so you are never guessing what happened to your money. Reliability for me is not a personality trait you have to take on faith. It is the way the engagement is built.
What I do not sell is vanity work. I will not bill you for daily Facebook posts and call it a campaign, I will not promise '100k followers', and I will not run boosted posts with no tracking and hand you a PDF of reach and impressions at month end. If you want someone to keep your Instagram looking busy, I am the wrong freelancer in Dhaka for you. If you want one accountable person who makes the phone ring, tells you the cost per lead by week, and is still answering in month three exactly like he did in week one, that is the entire point of working with me.
