What a one-person "company" means for your Khulna store
Most Khulna sellers looking for an ecommerce website development company in Khulna already have a busy business. Some sell chingri and dry fish around Rupsha and Boro Bazar. Some sell jute and handloom gamcha, or gher-farmed shrimp packed for buyers in Dhaka. Others run three-piece and saree counters in New Market, or sell electronics and parts off Khan Jahan Ali Road. Many also feed steady trade to Jessore, Satkhira, Bagerhat and the rest of the south-west.
The orders land in Facebook comments and Messenger. Payment is a bKash screenshot. Delivery goes through whichever courier counter is closest. It all holds together until an Eid rush buries you in comments. Then you lose half a day's orders that you can't even count.
The word "company" on most local quotes hides a lot. Often you are buying a two or three person shop that hands the real build to someone you never meet. Or it's a Dhaka firm that gives the job to a junior and bills you for a senior. I am the other kind. I'm one senior person who does the whole job and says so up front.
You talk to the developer who draws your homepage and writes your checkout logic. It is the same person from the first message to launch day. In a store, money moves through the code. So one person you can hold to account is the feature, not a limit.
Pricing is clear, so there is no "koto taka?" dance. A working WooCommerce store starts at 50,000 BDT. That gets you bKash and Nagad set up, and cash on delivery as the default, since most south-west buyers still pay that way. It includes courier handoff to Sundarban, SA Paribahan or Steadfast. I also load a clean catalogue of up to 30 products. The checkout won't buckle on a mid-range Android over Khulna 4G.
From there the ladder is 50,000, 90,000 and 1,50,000 BDT as your order volume grows. A fully custom build starts at 3,00,000 BDT, and only when your sales clearly justify it. About five years of building stores for Bangladeshi sellers shows me where a south-west shop leaks orders. It's a confusing COD form, or no delivery charge logic for buyers outside Khulna. It's product photos too heavy to load, or no clean way to confirm a bKash payment without scrolling chat at midnight.
Every store I ship is fully yours. Hosting, domain and the WooCommerce admin go in your name and get handed over. No nulled theme. No shared hosting that I secretly control. No temporary bKash number quietly wired to me.
You pay 50% advance to start and 50% on launch day. You sign off on the full design before I write a single line of code. That's the design-approval guarantee. You see the homepage and product page mockups and approve them. What launches matches what we agreed, or you get revisions, not excuses.
