About the price
What a dynamic website actually costs in Bangladesh, line by line
Most agency quotes for a dynamic website in Bangladesh stop at 'starting from 25,000 BDT' and never tell you what's in that number. Then the invoice grows: hosting separate, SSL separate, admin panel 'premium', Bangla font 'custom work', WhatsApp button 'integration charge'. By the time you launch, the 25,000 BDT became 80,000 BDT and you still can't change your own homepage banner. I price the opposite way: one BDT figure for the whole working website, with the admin panel and the boring infrastructure already inside it.
Dynamic means the content lives in a database, not hard-coded into the page. So when your office moves from Banani to Bashundhara, you log in, change the address, save. When you hire three new engineers, you add three new team cards. When you run a Pohela Boishakh promo, you publish a banner without messaging a developer at 11pm. That control is the whole reason dynamic sites cost more than a five-page brochure site, and the price floor reflects the database schema, the admin UI, the user roles and the validation that has to be written for each module.
My three published tiers for dynamic builds in Bangladesh: 50,000 BDT covers a focused dynamic site, typically 5-8 pages with one or two dynamic modules (news/notices, team, projects, or services with detail pages) and a single admin user. 90,000 BDT is the working business standard: 10-15 pages, 3-5 dynamic modules, role-based admin (owner + editor), lead inbox with bKash/Nagad number capture and CSV export, Bangla-friendly content fields. 1,50,000 BDT covers larger sites with member portals, multi-step forms, applicant tracking, basic dashboards, content scheduling or moderate custom logic. Anything heavier (multi-vendor, deep workflows, payment processing beyond a simple checkout, mobile app sync) is a custom build from 3,00,000 BDT.
I'm one person doing the whole job: discovery, structure, design, frontend, the admin backend, hosting and launch. No project manager forwarding messages, no junior reusing last month's template. Payment is 50% advance to reserve the build window, 50% on launch. If you don't approve the design after the agreed rounds, you don't pay the second half and we part cleanly. The price you see in the quote is the price on the invoice.
