Dynamic Website Design Price in Dhaka

A dynamic site in Dhaka can be quoted at 45,000 BDT or 2,50,000 BDT, and the gap usually comes down to one thing nobody itemises: how much real database and admin-panel work is under the hood. A static brochure dressed up with a login is not a dynamic site, and it should not cost like one. I build proper dynamic websites — admin panel, content modules, forms that save to a database — as a solo developer, so the price is the build and nothing else. Floor is 50,000 BDT, tiers are fixed at 50,000 / 90,000 / 1,50,000 BDT, custom from 3,00,000 BDT.

Why the dynamic-site price swings so hard

You are not paying for pages. You are paying for the engine behind them.

The hidden cost of a cheap dynamic website in Dhaka is not the quote — it is the per-edit tax that comes after. A trading house in Motijheel or a clothing brand off Dhanmondi 27 buys a 'dynamic' site for 40,000 BDT, then discovers the admin panel barely works: to change a price they message the developer, to post a notice they message the developer, to add a product they message the developer, and each time it is 1,500 or 2,000 taka and a two-day wait.

Eight months later they have paid the build price all over again in edit fees and still cannot touch their own site. That is a static site wearing a dynamic site's name tag, and the low quote was the bait.

A real dynamic website design in Dhaka is priced by what is actually built behind the screen, not by the page count you see on the front.

The honest drivers are these: how many content modules you need (products, services, projects, notices, blog, team, gallery), whether visitors need search and category filtering, whether forms must save submissions to a database and export to Excel, whether you need role-based admin access so staff see only their section, and which integrations sit on top — bKash, Nagad, SSLCommerz, or a courier API like Pathao or Steadfast. Each of those is real engineering time.

A five-page static brochure has none of it, which is exactly why it is cheaper and why quoting the two at the same number is dishonest in either direction.

I am RH Fardin. For about five years I have built dynamic websites for Dhaka businesses as a one-person studio — no agency, no juniors, no project manager turning your requirement into someone else's first draft. The person you message is the person who maps your admin around how you actually work, writes the code, wires the database, connects the contact and order forms, and pushes it live. That is the whole reason I can hold a 50,000 BDT floor on dynamic work in a city where a Banani firm has to quote far more just to cover a five-person payroll and the office rent.

So treat this page as the breakdown, not a brochure: what 50,000, 90,000, and 1,50,000 BDT buy in terms of modules and admin depth, where custom builds above 3,00,000 BDT begin, and how to read any Dhaka dynamic-site quote so you can tell a genuine database build from a static page with a fake login bolted on. One thing I will not do is win you on price by faking the dynamic part.

Below 50,000 BDT I cannot build an admin panel that fits your business, structure the database properly, test it on a budget Android on patchy 4G, and still stand behind it six months on. If your real budget is under 40,000 BDT, I will say so on the first call rather than hand you a thin site with my name on it.

What's included

What the dynamic-site price actually buys

Six things that hold at every tier — because a dynamic-website quote in Dhaka should describe the engine you are getting, not the lobby it was quoted in.

01

Admin built for you

The price includes an admin panel scoped around the fields you touch monthly, with the rare ones tucked away and the never-touched ones hard-coded out. Not a 40-item WordPress dashboard you give up on in two weeks.

02

No per-edit tax

Once it launches, changing a price, adding a product, or posting a notice costs you nothing — you log in and do it. The whole point of paying for dynamic is that you stop paying 1,500 taka per edit forever.

03

Modules, not fake sections

Products, services, notices, blog, team, gallery come as proper database modules with their own list and detail pages — priced as the real build work they are, not hard-coded blocks pretending to be dynamic.

04

Three fixed tiers

50,000 / 90,000 / 1,50,000 BDT, each with a set module count, feature list, and revision allowance. You pick the tier that matches your scope — I do not read your office and quote upward.

05

Quote on one page

Before any advance you get a single-page scope: every module, every feature, every BDT line. If a module is not on that sheet it is not in the price, and nothing new appears on launch day.

06

Design-approval guarantee

If the first homepage direction does not match the brief we agreed, we iterate inside scope until it does — or your advance comes back. Paid by bKash, Nagad, or bank, 50% to start and 50% on launch.

How to tell a real dynamic quote from a dressed-up static one

Here is the test I give every Dhaka owner who shows me a 'dynamic website' quote: ask exactly which fields you will be able to edit yourself after launch, and ask to see the admin panel before you pay the balance.

A genuine dynamic build has a clear answer — 'you edit products, prices, notices, blog and team from the admin; banners and the footer are settings; the layout is locked so you cannot break it.' A dressed-up static site gets vague fast, because the truth is the only thing that updates by itself is a single news feed and everything else still routes back to the developer at 1,500 taka a change.

The number on the quote means nothing until you know how much of the site you actually control, and that is the one question padded quotes are built to avoid.

The second half of the test is hosting and database load, because this is where cheap dynamic sites in Dhaka quietly fail. Many local shared plans (Exonhost, Hostever, web.com.bd entry tiers) are fine for a static brochure but choke on a busy dynamic site with image-heavy product listings and live search — and the failure always lands on a Friday afternoon when your catalogue is getting traffic.

I keep hosting outside the build price on purpose, because the cost is public and recurring and belongs on your books, not buried in mine: business-grade hosting that can actually carry a Dhaka SME's dynamic site runs roughly 4,000 to 8,000 BDT a year, a .com.bd domain about 800 to 2,500 BDT, and any premium plugin licences are a one-time stack rarely over 8,000 BDT.

Before launch I set up proper caching, optimise images for slow mobile networks since a lot of your buyers are on 3G outside the city, and configure a database backup that genuinely runs. I name the providers, you pay them directly with zero markup from me, and a 50,000 BDT dynamic build stays 50,000 instead of creeping to 80,000 by launch day.

Frequently asked

Straight answers before we build.

The questions Dhaka business owners actually send me before commissioning a dynamic site — answered straight.

Dynamic website design Dhaka-te koto taka lagbe?

The floor is 50,000 BDT for a clean dynamic site with a working admin panel, one real content module (products, services, or blog), and a contact form that saves submissions to the database and your email. 90,000 BDT adds two to three modules plus search and category filtering and a more designed home page. 1,50,000 BDT covers up to six modules with role-based admin access so staff only see their section. Custom builds — booking systems, multi-vendor, complex reports, payment and courier integrations — start from 3,00,000 BDT. 50% advance, 50% on launch, payable by bKash, Nagad, or bank. These are firm numbers, not opening bids.

Why is one dynamic website quote 45,000 BDT and another 2,50,000 BDT in Dhaka?

Partly overhead and partly what is genuinely built. A glass-office agency in Gulshan or Banani carries rent, payroll, and a project manager inside its price, so a standard dynamic site costs more there for the same engine. But the bigger driver is real: how many database modules, whether there is search and filtering, role-based admin, and payment or courier integrations. A 45,000 BDT quote is often a static brochure with one fake feed; a properly engineered multi-module build with bKash and a courier API genuinely costs more. Ask both to itemise the modules and the gap explains itself.

What's the difference between a static brochure and a real dynamic site — and is the extra price worth it?

Static: every page is fixed and a developer edits code to change anything. Dynamic: content lives in a database and you edit it yourself through an admin panel in your browser — products, prices, notices, blog posts. If your catalogue, prices, or notices change more than twice a month, the dynamic price pays for itself inside a year because you stop paying 1,500 to 2,000 taka per edit. If your site is genuinely five pages that never move, static is cheaper and I will tell you so.

Will I actually be able to update it myself, or will I still be messaging you for every change?

Updating it yourself is the entire reason you are paying the dynamic price, so yes. I scope the admin around the fields you will use, hide everything you will not, and walk you through it on a screen-share before handover with a one-page guide in plain language. The layout is locked, so you can only edit content inside fixed templates — you cannot break the design. After launch, changing a price or adding a product costs you nothing and takes a minute, not a 1,500-taka invoice and a two-day wait.

Does the price change if my business is in Gulshan or Dhanmondi versus Mirpur?

No. The price is set by your scope — how many modules, what features, which integrations — not by your postcode. The same dynamic build is the same 50,000 BDT floor whether your office is in Gulshan-2, off Dhanmondi 27, or in Mirpur. I run a one-person studio with no address premium to recover, so I am not about to add one back based on where you sit. What moves the number is the engine you need, full stop.

Can the admin panel be in Bangla, and can I pay through bKash or Nagad?

Yes to both. Admin labels can be in Bangla, English, or both, and the public site can hold Bangla and English versions of the same content if you want it bilingual — I use Unicode Bangla fonts that render correctly on phones and old laptops, not legacy Bijoy that breaks on half the devices in Dhaka. Payment is bKash, Nagad, or a regular BDT bank transfer, 50% to start and 50% on launch; foreign clients can pay by Wise or wire. I never take full advance up front.
