The 50,000 BDT tier is a 5-page brochure site. The 90,000 BDT tier adds 5 more pages and more design polish. It also adds a custom blog, a bilingual Bangla and English setup, or a portfolio or case-study module. The 1,50,000 BDT tier is a 15 to 20 page site. It includes custom illustrations or photo direction, advanced animations, lead-magnet flows and tighter speed tuning.
You need one when you want a real web app on top of the marketing site. That could be customer login, a booking or appointment system, or member-only content. It could be multi-step quote calculators, bKash, Nagad or SSLCommerz links, courier APIs or a multi-branch admin panel. It's anything that needs database logic beyond a standard CMS.
