About the service
What a real digital marketing service looks like in a careful city like Rajshahi
A Rajshahi business owner does not waste money easily, which is exactly why so many of them have already been burned once. The usual story: someone handed three or four thousand taka to a 'Facebook marketing' boy, got a screenshot of likes and 'reach,' and watched the phone stay just as quiet as before. The graph went up; the order book did not. After that, 'digital marketing' starts to sound like a polite word for throwing money at strangers on the internet. This service exists to be the opposite of that experience — slow to promise, fast to track, and honest about what each taka is actually buying.
I run this as a single senior operator, on purpose. The strategy, the Google Ads, the Facebook and Instagram ad sets, the landing page, the GA4 and Pixel setup, the weekly numbers — all of it sits with me. Nobody forwards your message to a junior, nobody adds an agency margin so a Dhaka office can keep its lights on. Rajshahi is small enough that almost no senior marketer stays here — the talent drifts to Dhaka — so most owners have never once worked with the same person who plans the campaign and is logged into the account at night fixing it. That direct line is the whole point of hiring a service instead of a part-timer.
Around five years in, I know a Rajshahi campaign is not a Dhaka campaign with the city name swapped. It is ad copy that answers 'koto taka' in the first line, because a careful buyer here checks price before they will ever message you. It is a landing page that opens fast on a mid-range Android on the patchy data you actually get out past Shaheb Bazar, Talaimari and Binodpur, with bKash and Nagad flows that do not break on a phone.
It is Bangla-first creatives written the plain way Rajshahi people talk, and a calendar that respects how this city earns — admission weeks for the coaching centres near RU and RUET, a pre-Eid push for the silk and clothing showrooms, a short hard burst for the orchard trade during mango season. Get that last-mile fit wrong and even a generous budget just funds applause.
What I will not do matters as much as what I will. I do not sell six channels I cannot personally run, I do not invent a 'reporting fee' line, and I will tell you on the first call if Google Ads is the wrong fit for your business, or if your real problem is a slow website rather than the ads. I take a small number of Rajshahi clients at a time because that is the only way one person stays this hands-on through a client's busy season.
If you want a logo on a big office, this is the wrong page. If you want the person who answered your first WhatsApp to be the same person reading your conversion data at 11pm during admission week, that is exactly what this service is.
