The operator behind the work
In Uttara, 'cheap' is the most expensive word in marketing
There is a pattern I see again and again with Uttara business owners. The first agency was 12,000 taka a month and did nothing, so they fired it and found one at 8,000. That one also did nothing, so the next guy was a cousin's friend doing it for 5,000 on the side. Three rounds in, eighteen months gone, maybe 1,80,000 taka spent across all of them, and the shop on the airport road is no busier than the day they started. That is the real cost of cheap digital marketing in Uttara — not the monthly fee, but the year of standstill you bought with it.
I built this offer for the owner stuck in that loop. The thing nobody tells you is that the cheapest possible invoice and the cheapest possible result are opposites. A part-timer charging 8,000 a month cannot afford to do real audience research, structure a Google Ads account, or set up conversion tracking — so your ad spend leaks, your cost per lead stays high, and you keep paying a low fee on top of high waste. Cheap done right means I charge a real rate, do the work properly once, and drop what it actually costs you to land a customer. That is the number that matters in Uttara, where rents and competition are not cheap and every wasted taka of ad spend is taka you needed elsewhere.
What keeps my price honest is that I am one person, not an office. There is no account manager, no junior media buyer learning on your budget, no team lead splitting attention across forty accounts. You message me on WhatsApp and I open your Ads Manager the same day. I take fewer clients than an agency floor can, and that is the trade — you get a senior person actually inside the account every week instead of a logo on a contract. The 50,000 BDT floor exists because below it nobody can do the work that makes marketing cheap in the way that counts: a low, stable cost per customer.
This fits the businesses Uttara is full of — coaching centres around Rajlokkhi and House Building, clinics and diagnostic centres off Garib-e-Newaz Avenue, restaurants and cloud kitchens taking orders, boutiques and home-service outfits, real-estate offices selling apartments sector by sector, and ecommerce brands shipping across Dhaka. I will be blunt about what your budget can and cannot do, and if your numbers are too thin for any operator to move, I will tell you on the first call instead of taking your deposit.
