Why my digital marketing rates in Dhaka look different
Most lists of digital marketing price in Dhaka are built backwards. The agency picks a round number first. Then it stuffs in whatever fits: five Facebook posts, two boosted posts, a logo refresh nobody asked for. That is why a 25,000 BDT package in Banani buys very different things than a 25,000 BDT package in Mirpur.
I price the other way. I look at your funnel and decide what really needs to move. That could be footfall, leads on the website, bKash checkout completions or brand searches on Google. Then I quote against that goal.
I am RH Fardin. I have run paid media and SEO for Bangladesh businesses for about five years. My clients include restaurants in Dhanmondi, real estate developers in Bashundhara, B2B service firms selling into Motijheel and ecommerce brands shipping out of Tejgaon.
Here is what I keep seeing. Clients in Dhaka overpay for vanity, like likes, reach and follower counts. They underpay for the boring work that pays back. Then the price goes up, because shooting and editing Reels is real work, not a free bonus. Third is competition. Real estate in Bashundhara, English-medium schools in Uttara and clinic ads in Dhanmondi all have brutal CPMs. Everyone bids for the same eyeballs. So you need more spend to learn, more creative tests and a higher retainer to manage it well.
Fourth is your own readiness, and most Dhaka business owners miss this one. Your website may take nine seconds to load on a Robi 4G connection. Your bKash payment gateway may break on iPhone. Nobody may answer the WhatsApp number in the ad within ten minutes. If so, no digital marketing price in Dhaka will save you. Before I quote a retainer, I check your site speed, your checkout, your response time and your offer.

Mid-tier is 90,000 BDT, with Meta, Google Search and monthly creative. Full-stack with SEO and email is 1,50,000 BDT. Custom retainers for larger brands start from 3,00,000 BDT. Anything below 50,000 BDT in Dhaka is almost always a junior freelancer, a tool reselling itself, or a hidden commission on your ad spend.
Is ad spend included in the digital marketing price you quote?
No, and be careful with any Dhaka agency that says it is. Your ad budget is yours. You pay it straight to Meta and Google from your card or company account. My retainer is the management fee only. As a starting point, most Dhaka SMEs need at least 30,000 to 50,000 BDT per month in ad spend for Meta alone. That gets them out of Facebook's learning phase. It sits on top of the management fee.
How is your price different from agencies in Gulshan or Banani charging 25,000 BDT?
A 25,000 BDT package in Dhaka usually buys a junior who posts on Facebook 12 times a month. They boost two posts for 500 BDT each and call that "digital marketing". There is no keyword research, no conversion tracking, no landing page work and no Google Ads. My 50,000 BDT floor exists because senior time on real campaigns costs what it costs. I would rather refer you to a junior than pretend to give senior work for junior money.
Do you offer discounts for 3 or 6 month contracts?
No. I price for the work that month, not to lock you in. If results are not where they should be after one month, you can stop. Here is why I do not discount. Paid media in Dhaka needs at least 60 to 90 days to get past the learning phase on Meta and to gain organic traction on Google. A discount that locks you in just moves the risk to you. I would rather keep the rate honest and earn the renewal.
Will payment be 50% advance like your website projects?
It is slightly different. For monthly digital marketing retainers in Dhaka, I invoice the full month in advance before campaigns go live. You can pay by bank transfer or bKash Merchant. The 50/50 split, with 50% advance and 50% on launch, applies to one-time setups. Those include landing pages, GA4 setup and conversion tracking builds.
