The senior operator behind the work
Why Bogura businesses keep paying for 'boosts' and still wait by a quiet phone
Here is the pattern I see across Bogura. A business that should be cleaning up — a seed-and-fertiliser dealer who supplies half the upazilas around, an agro-machinery shop the whole region buys from, a fashion or shoe showroom near Newmarket, a doi and sweets brand on the Thanthania side that out-of-towners actually drive up for, a diagnostic chamber filling appointment slots — decides it is time to take digital seriously. So it hands a couple of thousand taka to a 'Facebook marketing' boy, who boosts a post, sends back a screenshot of reach and likes, and goes quiet until next month's payment. The likes come from accounts that will never call the shop or place a wholesale order. The phone does not ring any more than before. That is not marketing — that is renting applause. I built this practice to close exactly that gap.
I am RH Fardin, and I run this solo on purpose. Every Google Ads campaign, every SEO audit, every Facebook and Instagram ad set, every landing page — I touch it personally. There is no junior on your account, no account manager forwarding your messages, no 'the team will look into it.' When your cost-per-lead jumps or Search Console flags something, you do not wait three days for a ticket; you message me on WhatsApp and I open the account. Bogura's particular problem is distance, not talent — the senior people who do this work sit in Dhaka, and a remote agency that ghosts you cannot be chased up the highway past Mohasthangarh. Most owners here have never once worked with someone who understands both the strategy and the buttons and actually stays reachable. That is the relationship I offer.
Around five years in, I know what moves a Bogura buyer, and it is not the Dhaka playbook pasted north. It is ad copy that answers 'koto taka' in the first line, because a Bogura buyer asks price before anything and will not message to find out. It is targeting that respects how this town really trades — a wholesale dealer needs reach across the surrounding districts and a clean way to take bulk enquiries, not vanity reach inside the town centre; a doi or restaurant brand needs hungry locals and passing travellers to find the shop in five seconds. It is landing pages that load on a mid-range Android on the data that thins out the moment a buyer leaves Bogura town for the upazilas, with bKash and Nagad flows that do not break, and Bangla-first creatives written the way North Bengal people actually talk — plain, direct, no out-of-town polish. That last-mile fit is the whole difference between spend and return.
Best, to me, also means saying no. I do not chase awards, I do not sell you six services I cannot personally deliver, and I will tell you in the first call if Google Ads is the wrong channel for your business — or if your real problem is a slow, dead website rather than the ads on top of it. I take a small number of Bogura clients on purpose; it is the only way one senior person stays this hands-on, especially through a dealer's busy supply season. If you want a logo on a big Gulshan office, I am not it. If you want the person on the proposal call to be the same person logged into your Ads Manager at 11pm fixing a broken conversion tag before your campaign goes live, that is exactly what this is.
