If you are shortlisting agencies, here is the filter I would use as a buyer. First, ask who will work on your account every week. Not who will pitch you, but who will do the work. In most BD agencies, the senior who closes the deal is not the person running your ads at 11 PM. That gap is where money quietly leaks.
Second, ask for an analytics access demo. Any decent operator can log in to a current client's GA4, with permission. They should walk you through last week's numbers in plain Bangla or English. If they squirm, they probably do not look at the numbers themselves.
