One senior operator, not a team
Most 'digital marketing' in Bogura is one boosted post and a screenshot — that is the problem I built around
A fertiliser-and-seed dealer near the Bogura wholesale market told me he had spent on Facebook 'marketing' for almost a year and could not name a single order it brought. That is not a rare story here — it is the norm. The way digital marketing usually arrives in Bogura is a part-timer who takes a couple of thousand taka, boosts a post, sends back a screenshot of reach and likes, and goes quiet until next month.
None of the actual work that turns spend into orders ever happens: no keyword research, no negative keywords, no conversion tracking, no fast landing page, no copy that answers the price question a Bogura buyer asks before anything else. So the phone stays as quiet as it was, and the owner concludes 'digital does not work for my business.' It works fine. What was sold to you was not digital marketing.
I am RH Fardin, and I run this as one senior operator on purpose. When you hire me for digital marketing in Bogura, the person who replies to your first WhatsApp is the same person writing your Bangla ad copy, building your landing page, structuring your Google Ads, wiring up your tracking and reading the numbers every week. There is no junior practising on your budget and no account manager forwarding your messages into a queue.
When your cost-per-lead jumps or Search Console flags an issue, you message me and I open the account — you do not file a ticket and wait three days. Bogura's real handicap with digital has never been talent; it is reach. The senior people who do this properly sit in Dhaka, and a remote agency that ghosts you cannot be chased up the highway past Mohasthangarh. I close that gap by being both senior and reachable.
Around five years in, I know the Bogura buyer is not the Dhaka buyer, and the playbook cannot just be pasted north. Here the price question — 'koto taka?' — comes first, so the answer goes in the first line of the ad and at the top of the page, because a buyer who has to message to find the price usually does not message at all.
Targeting has to respect how this town actually trades: a wholesale dealer needs reach across the surrounding districts and a clean way to take bulk enquiries, while a Satmatha showroom or a Thanthania-side sweets shop needs tight local-and-traveller reach. Buyers browse on mid-range Androids on data that thins out the moment they leave Bogura town for the upazilas, so the landing page has to be light.
And almost everyone pays by bKash or Nagad, so those flows have to work and — the part nearly everyone skips — be tracked, or you never know which ad actually earned the money.
I also believe digital marketing means telling you when a channel is wrong for you. On the first call I will say plainly if Google Ads is not the right fit for your business, or if your real problem is a slow, half-dead website that no amount of ad spend can rescue. I take a small number of Bogura clients at a time, because staying this hands-on as one person is only possible at that scale — especially through a dealer's busy supply season.
If you want a logo on a big office and a glossy monthly deck, I am not your match. If you want the person on the proposal call to be the same person in your Ads Manager at 11pm fixing a broken conversion tag before the campaign goes live, that is exactly what this is.
