Digital marketing in Bangladesh, run by one senior operator
The reason your last campaign brought messages but no orders is structural, not creative.
Most BD businesses I talk to are running the same broken stack: a boosted Facebook post pointing to a phone number, a half-finished website, and no tracking. The page gets reach, the inbox gets "price ki?" messages, and almost nobody completes an order. That is not a marketing problem. That is a funnel problem. Digital marketing in Bangladesh only works when search, social, landing pages and payment all line up — and that is the work I do.
I am RH Fardin, a website designer, SEO consultant and Google Ads specialist working out of Bangladesh for around five years. I run digital marketing for BD founders end to end: keyword research in both English and Bangla intent, Google Search and Performance Max campaigns, Meta (Facebook and Instagram) ads tuned for BD CPMs, technical SEO, content, and the landing pages every campaign actually depends on. Same person across all of it, so the strategy and the execution do not get lost between teams.
What you avoid by working with me directly: a sales person promising the moon, then handing your account to a fresh hire who is learning on your budget. What you get instead: honest expectations about what 30,000 or 50,000 BDT in ad spend can realistically do in your category, weekly check-ins in plain Bangla or English, and full account ownership — your Google Ads, Meta Business Manager, GA4 and Search Console stay in your name.
I deliberately keep the client list small. If digital marketing in Bangladesh is going to drive real revenue for your business, somebody has to actually understand your product, your pricing, your delivery zone and your buyer. That cannot be done at scale by a 20-person agency selling "packages". It can be done by one operator who picks his battles.
