If your business is simple enough to fit a template, the template is the right answer. If your workflow is why customers pick you, only custom will work.
I quote a fixed price, every time, against a written scope. Hourly billing rewards the slow vendor and punishes you when you ask questions. A fixed price forces me to scope properly upfront. It also makes you think clearly about what you really need. Both are healthy.

Paid plugins or licences are also extra. So is content or data entry beyond what we agreed in the scope. I list all of these clearly in the quote, so you can budget for them separately.
A 1,50,000 BDT admin tool takes 3 to 5 weeks. A 4 to 5 lakh multi-role platform takes 8 to 12 weeks. A 10 lakh+ ERP-style build takes 14 to 20 weeks.
