The first three months feel like a bargain. Month four is when the real bill arrives.
At 50,000 BDT I am budgeting roughly: 6–8 working days of design and development on a real custom layout (not a one-click theme demo); a year of decent shared hosting suited to Bangladeshi traffic; a .com or .com.bd domain registered in your name; basic on-page SEO so your business name actually shows up in Google; mobile optimisation tested on a real Android device on mobile data; WhatsApp, Call and bKash/Nagad integration; SSL; a contact form that delivers to your real inbox;
a simple admin handover so you or a staff member can update text and images yourself. That is what 50,000 BDT covers honestly. If your project needs more — multi-language Bangla/English, ecommerce checkout, advanced animation, a booking system, more than 8 pages — the 90,000 or 1,50,000 BDT tier is where it belongs, and I will tell you that on the call instead of cramming it into the cheap quote and resenting the project later.

My floor is 50,000 BDT for a full website — design, development, mobile, hosting, domain, SSL, basic SEO, WhatsApp and bKash setup. I do not go below that, because below 50,000 BDT I cannot deliver something that will still be working in a year, and I would rather lose the project than ship a site that embarrasses both of us. The next tier is 90,000 BDT (more pages, deeper design) and 1,50,000 BDT (custom features, ecommerce-lite, bigger sites). Truly custom work starts from 3,00,000 BDT.
Three reasons, usually. One: it is a nulled ThemeForest theme installed in two hours — looks fine on day one, breaks on the first WordPress update. Two: hosting and domain are on the developer's account, so they will charge you again to "renew" or use it as leverage later. Three: they are testing the market, plan to disappear after delivery, and the next person you call will have to start over. The cheapest quote in Dhaka almost always becomes the second-most-expensive project.
Honestly, no. I have tried and the project always ends badly for both sides. What I can suggest if budget is tight: wait two months and do it once at 50,000 BDT properly, or start with a one-page "coming soon" landing with bKash and WhatsApp for around 25,000 BDT, then upgrade to the full 50,000 BDT site when revenue allows. That is honest scope, not a stripped-down full site pretending to be one.
