Cheap done honestly, Chattogram to launch
The trouble with 'cheap' in Chattogram is that it usually means 'pay again in six months'
Type 'cheap website design and development chattogram' into Google and you'll get two kinds of seller. The first quotes you 7,000 or 10,000 taka, takes the advance, hands you a template they bought once and resold forty times, and stops replying when something breaks. The second quotes a real number and explains where it goes. The first one isn't cheaper. It's just cheaper today and far more expensive the month your contact form silently stops sending leads and you can't reach anybody to fix it.
I get calls from Khatunganj and Agrabad businesses every few weeks who are on their second or third 'cheap' site, and the rebuild costs more than doing it properly the first time would have.
I'm RH Fardin and I work alone, deliberately. No agency markup, no account manager, no junior practising on your trade business. That's the honest way to keep low cost website design and development in Chattogram actually low: cut the overhead, not the craft. When you message me, you reach the one person who sketches the layout, writes the code, wires up the backend, compresses the images and pushes it live. About 5 years doing this for Bangladeshi clients means I know exactly which corners are safe to trim on a tight budget and which ones quietly bleed customers, and a clearing agent's site has different priorities than a GEC clothing brand's.
Cheap, with me, is about a tighter scope and zero waste, not lower quality. The 50,000 BDT starter tier is the genuine floor: a clean 5-7 page site, proper mobile design, a working contact form, basic on-page SEO and analytics. The 90,000 BDT tier adds pages, a blog and sharper design. The 1,50,000 BDT tier is the full small-business build with custom illustration, hosting guidance and conversion-focused copy direction. Beyond 3,00,000 BDT it's fully custom and no longer in the 'cheap' bracket, which is a different conversation. There's no number under 50,000 that produces a site I'd attach my name to.
Payment is plain: 50% to begin, 50% on launch, by bKash, Nagad or bank transfer, whatever's cleanest for your books. And you approve the design before I write a single line of code, so if the look is wrong, we fix it on the design board, not after your customers in Chittagong have already seen a broken page live. Cheap shouldn't also mean stressful, and when one person owns the whole job start to finish, it isn't.
