Both jobs, one person, one fixed price
Most Sylhet businesses do not need a fifth Facebook page. They need a real website, designed and developed once.
Walk through Zindabazar or Bandar Bazar. Almost every shop has a Facebook page, a boosted post and an 11-digit number. Almost none has a real website from proper website design and development in Sylhet. That works until it doesn't. A probashi customer in Birmingham wants to see your menu before he lands. A wedding party from Dhaka searches for your venue and finds nothing on Google.
Then a competitor down the road gets a clean site, while your page screenshots your prices for anyone who asks. A real, owned website is the answer. But it is often sold as two separate things by two separate people. One shop does the "design" and another does the "development." The gap between them is where the money and the months disappear. I do it as one job: same hands, one price, one timeline.
I am RH Fardin, a solo website designer and developer. I have about five years of shipping sites for Bangladeshi businesses from end to end. When you message me, you are not booking a slot in a queue. You are not buying a "package" that goes to whoever is free. I learn what your business really is. I draw the full design and write the code that turns it into a site. I set up the on-page SEO so Google can find you, and I push it live.
There is no account manager, no junior and no "our developer will get back to you." One person owns the look, the build and the launch. That is the only honest way to promise that the live site is the site you signed off.
Why does it have to be one person? In Sylhet, buyers are sharp about price and sharper about quality. Many of them split their lives between here and the UK or the Gulf, and they use good websites every day. A stretched template loads slowly on a mid-range Android on Banglalink 4G. To a customer just off a flight from Manchester, it reads as "not serious."
So the design has to be clean and the code has to be lean. The only way to promise both is to make one person responsible for both. I design so the site looks credible to a demanding Sylheti buyer. I develop it so it still feels fast in his hand, not just on office wifi.
Pricing is fixed, with nothing hidden. 50,000 BDT is the floor. It gets a clean, mobile-first site of up to five core pages, designed and coded from scratch. It includes a working enquiry form, basic on-page SEO and bKash/Nagad payment instructions. 90,000 BDT adds pages, a blog or notice section, a gallery and booking or enquiry flows.
1,50,000 BDT is a larger build, often bilingual in Bangla and English, with a small store and deeper menus. Fully custom work from a blank canvas starts at 3,00,000 BDT. It is always 50% in advance and 50% on launch, by bKash, Nagad or bank transfer. You approve the complete design before I write a single line of production code.
