About RH Fardin
Why a senior solo dev is actually the cheapest web app option in BD
The cheapest web application in Bangladesh is the one you only have to build once. I have watched too many SME owners in Dhaka, Chattogram and beyond pay 35,000-60,000 BDT for a custom admin panel or booking system, only to find six months later that the database is a mess, every page loads in eight seconds, the bKash callback never worked properly, and the original developer has stopped picking up calls. The total cost of cheap is never the first invoice.
I am RH Fardin, a website and web application developer working solo from Bangladesh for roughly five years. I am the one who scopes your project on WhatsApp, designs the screens in Figma, writes the backend code, sets up the database and hosting, and walks you through how to use it on launch day. There is no sales executive translating to a junior translating to an intern. That is the only honest way to keep the price low without quality collapsing.
My low cost web application development in BD starts at 50,000 BDT for a tightly scoped single-purpose app: an internal CRM, a lead capture and quote engine, a class booking tool, a delivery tracking dashboard, a simple inventory or stock-in/stock-out system, an order entry tool for sales teams. Bigger or multi-role apps move up the tiers (90,000 / 1,50,000 BDT) or into full custom from 3,00,000 BDT, but the same person builds them all.
If your budget is genuinely tight, I will tell you what to cut so the app you actually launch is solid, instead of pretending we can fit everything in 50,000 BDT and shipping a fragile mess. Cheap should mean small scope and sharp execution. It should never mean junior-built, abandoned, and quietly broken.
