Cheap Online Store Development in Bangladesh

Cheap online store development in Bangladesh that still loads fast, takes bKash and Nagad on day one, and doesn't break after launch.

I am RH Fardin. I build affordable online stores for Bangladeshi merchants from 50,000 BDT. You get a real shop with cart, checkout, bKash/Nagad payment, cash on delivery and courier-friendly order flow, not a copy-paste template with broken links and a 12 second load time.

Pricing starts at 50,000 BDT. 50% advance, 50% on launch. Design approval guarantee, so you never pay for a look you don't like.

About this page

Cheap doesn't have to mean throwaway

Most people searching for cheap online store development in Bangladesh have been burned at least once. They paid 15,000 to 25,000 BDT to a part-timer on Facebook, got a half-finished WooCommerce store with a hero image still saying "Lorem Ipsum", and then the developer disappeared the day they asked for an invoice. The store loaded in 14 seconds, the bKash button opened a broken popup, and a courier integration was never even discussed. That is not cheap. That is wasted advance money and three lost months.

I built this page for the merchant who wants a low-cost online store but is finally ready to spend it on someone who will actually finish the work. My floor is 50,000 BDT for a reason. Below that, nobody in Bangladesh can install WooCommerce or Shopify, set up products, configure shipping zones for inside-Dhaka vs outside-Dhaka, connect bKash personal or merchant, hook up SteadFast or Pathao courier, write the legal pages, and actually train you to take orders. Anyone quoting 10,000 BDT for all of that is either lying, copying, or planning to vanish.

What I do at the 50,000 BDT tier is a focused, honest store on WooCommerce: up to 20 products you provide, mobile-first design, bKash/Nagad payment instructions plus cash on delivery, courier-friendly order export, one contact form, basic on-page SEO and a live handover call. No backend agency, no junior reselling my work. I design it, code it, test it on a 4G phone, and ship it. If the budget needs more, the 90,000 BDT and 1,50,000 BDT tiers add more products, more design custom work, automation and integrations.

Around five years of doing this in Bangladesh has taught me one thing about cheap projects: scope discipline is what keeps the price low and the quality high. I will not pad your invoice with things you don't need. I will also not pretend you can have a 200-SKU multi-vendor marketplace for 50,000 BDT. That clarity is what separates an actually cheap online store from a cheap-feeling one.

What's included

What 50,000 BDT actually buys you

Cheap online store development in Bangladesh, line by line, so you know exactly what you are paying for before the advance leaves your bKash.

01

bKash and Nagad ready

Your store accepts bKash and Nagad from day one through a clean checkout flow built for Bangladeshi buyers, not a global plugin that confuses them at the final step.

02

Cash on delivery built in

COD is still the majority of online orders in Bangladesh. I wire it up properly with order verification fields and a confirmation flow so you don't ship to fake addresses and lose courier fees.

03

Courier-friendly orders

Order data exports cleanly for SteadFast, Pathao, Paperfly or RedX. No copy-pasting from screenshots into spreadsheets at 11 PM trying to dispatch tomorrow's parcels.

04

Fast on cheap phones

Tested on a real 4G connection on a mid-range Android, not just my laptop. Most of your buyers are on mobile data, so a 12-second store is a dead store regardless of how cheap it was.

05

One operator, no telephone

You talk to me. The person who designs, the person who codes, the person who fixes a bug at 9 PM. No account manager forwarding messages to a junior who forwards them again.

06

Honest 50,000 BDT floor

I will not quote 10,000 BDT to win the deal and then ghost you. The price is the price, 50% advance, 50% on launch, design-approval guarantee. No after-launch surprise invoices.

In focus

Why most cheap online stores in Bangladesh fail (and how I price around it)

There is a quiet pattern in the Bangladesh ecommerce market: the cheaper the quote, the more the merchant ends up paying in total. A 12,000 BDT quote turns into 35,000 BDT in fixes after the developer disappears. A 25,000 BDT template store loses 60,000 BDT in courier returns its first quarter because checkout doesn't capture proper addresses. A 40,000 BDT "package" doesn't include payment setup, so the owner accepts bKash to a personal number and faces a 100,000 BDT customer-trust problem after the first dispute. Cheap, in this market, is almost never the sticker price. It is the total cost across the first year.

My 50,000 BDT floor is set against that reality. It is the lowest number at which I can deliver a store that will not generate hidden costs - the lowest number at which I can do the integrations, the testing, the training and the handover properly. If your budget is genuinely below 50,000 BDT, I will tell you honestly to start on Facebook + Daraz first, save up, and come back when you can do this once instead of three times. That is also part of cheap online store development in Bangladesh done right: knowing when not to take the project.

Frequently asked

Straight answers before we build.

Real questions I get on WhatsApp about cheap online store development in Bangladesh, answered the way I answer them on a call.

Online store koto taka? What's the actual cheapest you can do?

My floor is 50,000 BDT for an online store, 50% advance and 50% on launch. That includes WooCommerce setup, up to 20 of your products, bKash/Nagad/COD checkout, courier-ready order flow, mobile-first design and a live handover. I do not go below 50,000 BDT because I cannot ship a store at that price that won't cost you more in returns and fixes later.

Why are Facebook freelancers quoting me 10,000 to 20,000 BDT for an online store?

Because they are quoting a template installation, not an online store. They install a free theme, dump your photos in, hand over a login, and disappear. There is no payment configuration, no courier flow, no testing on a real phone, and usually no support after week one. If 20,000 BDT got you a real Bangladesh ecommerce store, nobody would charge 50,000 BDT and survive in this market.

Can I pay through bKash, and is the 50% advance refundable?

Yes, bKash and bank transfer are both fine for the 50% advance. The advance is not refundable once design work has started, which is normal in this industry. What protects you is the design approval guarantee: I will not move to development until you have approved the design. So if it isn't right, we keep iterating before you owe me the second 50%.

WooCommerce or Shopify - which is actually cheaper in Bangladesh long term?

For most Bangladeshi merchants under 200 orders a month, WooCommerce is cheaper because you only pay for hosting (around 5,000 to 10,000 BDT per year) and avoid Shopify's monthly fee in USD. Shopify becomes worth it if you want zero maintenance, are comfortable paying in foreign currency, and value the cleaner admin. At the 50,000 BDT tier I default to WooCommerce for cost reasons.

What is not included at the 50,000 BDT cheap tier?

Not included: custom logo design, professional product photography, paid premium plugins beyond what's needed, paid stock images, Facebook/Google ads management, content writing beyond basic product descriptions, more than 20 products, custom features like multi-vendor or membership, and ongoing monthly maintenance. Those move you into the 90,000 BDT or 1,50,000 BDT tier or are quoted separately.

How long does the cheap tier take, and what do you need from me to start?

Typically 2 to 3 weeks from advance payment to launch, assuming you supply product photos, prices, descriptions, your bKash/Nagad numbers and courier preference within the first week. The single biggest reason cheap online store projects in Bangladesh drag on for months is the merchant taking weeks to send product details. If you are organized, you go live faster.
