Shopify, built the way a Bangladeshi shop actually runs
Most Shopify stores in Bangladesh fail for the same reason: they were built like a Western dropshipping store, then bolted onto a local market that runs on cash on delivery, bKash transfers, courier APIs (Pathao, Steadfast, RedX), and customers who message on WhatsApp before they even add to cart. A pretty theme cannot solve that. The platform setup has to match the actual sales motion.
I have spent close to five years building Shopify stores for Bangladeshi brands — fashion, electronics, home goods, food, beauty — and the same pattern repeats. Owners come in after burning 30,000-40,000 BDT on a freelancer who installed Dawn, dumped 200 products in, never connected a courier, never set up COD verification, never tested the bKash payment app. Then ad spend goes out the door and conversions stay flat.
What you get from me is the actual senior who designs, builds, configures, and launches the store. I write the theme tweaks myself. I integrate the courier app myself. I set up the bKash/Nagad payment flow, the COD form, the Khalti or SSLCommerz gateway if you want online card payments, the abandoned-cart flow in Bangla, and the Facebook pixel + Conversions API so your ads stop guessing. Everything sits in your Shopify admin under your name.
I work solo on purpose. One senior brain, one quote, one launch date. The trade-off is that I do not take 20 clients at once — pick a launch month, lock 50% advance, and the store ships.
