Why founders in Dhaka shortlist me
What "best" actually means when you are buying a web app in Dhaka
Most Dhaka business owners googling "best web application development company in dhaka" have already been burnt once. The first agency quoted 8,00,000 BDT for a CRM that ended up being a glorified Google Sheet with a login screen. The second one ghosted after the advance. The third one delivered something that worked on the demo laptop but choked the moment three salespeople from Mohakhali tried to log in at the same time. By the time they reach my inbox on WhatsApp, they are not asking who is "best" in trophies — they are asking who will actually finish.
I am RH Fardin, a solo senior web designer and developer in Bangladesh. I do not run an agency. There is no sales team, no project coordinator, no junior who silently rewrites your specs at 2am. When you hire me to build your web application, the person you talk to in the first call is the person writing the database schema, the React components and the bKash payment integration. That is the entire point of the offer — and in a market where most "companies" outsource the actual work to underpaid juniors, it is the single biggest reason clients in Dhaka call me "the best" for their size of project.
I have spent about 5 years building websites and web apps for Bangladeshi SMEs, founders, restaurants, real-estate firms, exporters and clinics. Most of the apps I have built are not flashy — they are inventory dashboards for a Keraniganj garment supplier, a booking system for a Dhanmondi salon chain, a quote-and-invoice tool for a Tejgaon trading firm, a tenant portal for a Bashundhara real-estate office. Boring on the outside, ruthlessly useful on the inside. That is the kind of "best" that actually moves your business — not an award on a shelf.
My pricing floor is 50,000 BDT, with tiers at 50,000 / 90,000 / 1,50,000 BDT for scoped work and custom builds from 3,00,000 BDT. Payment is 50% advance, 50% on launch — Bangladeshi terms, paid in BDT via bank or bKash. Every project carries my design-approval guarantee: if you do not approve the UI, you do not pay the final balance. That is the deal. No retainers you cannot escape, no "strategy fees", no hidden line items at the end.
