About the developer
WordPress only works for a Motijheel office if your own staff can edit it
Walk into a typical Motijheel office — a trading house off Dilkusha, an indenting firm, a small NBFI, a CA practice near the Stock Exchange — and ask who updates the website. The answer is almost always a name plus a sigh: "We have to message the developer." So the careers page lists a vacancy that was filled in 2024, the notice board on the homepage is six months stale, and the phone number on the contact page is the old PABX line nobody answers. The site is not broken.
It is just frozen, because nobody inside the office can touch it without help. That is the real failure of most WordPress builds here, and it is the first thing I design against.
WordPress website development in Motijheel, done properly, is less about the launch and more about the Thursday afternoon six weeks later when your office manager needs to post a tender notice before close of business. I build on a clean WordPress install with a sensible editor setup — ACF fields where they help, a tidy block layout where they do, and a custom theme rather than a bloated bought one — so the common changes a Motijheel firm actually makes are obvious in the dashboard. No hunting through Elementor widgets to find where the address lives.
My name is RH Fardin and I run a one-person WordPress studio for Dhaka, Motijheel included. Close to five years in WordPress, ACF, WooCommerce and custom child themes — and crucially, a lot of time spent watching how non-technical office staff actually use a dashboard, which is what most developers skip. When you hire me there is no account manager and no junior on a staging server you never meet. The person planning the structure, writing the PHP, configuring Cloudflare and hosting, and recording your Bangla admin walkthrough is the same person who answers when you call.
The commercial terms are plain, because in Motijheel the "koto taka?" question comes early and an honest number on the first call earns more trust than a brochure. WordPress development starts at a 50,000 BDT floor, with tiers at 90,000 and 1,50,000 BDT for more pages, bilingual setups or a WooCommerce layer, and genuinely custom work from 3,00,000 BDT. Fifty percent advance via bKash, Nagad or bank transfer to begin, fifty percent on launch, and a design-approval guarantee so nothing gets built until you have signed off on how it looks on a real staging URL.
