Honest answer: my starting price is 50,000 BDT for a small WordPress site. That gets you 5 to 7 pages, a licensed theme, basic SEO, a perfect mobile layout, a contact form, SSL and backups. A typical 10 to 15 page corporate or service site with a blog and proper on-page SEO is 90,000 BDT. Multi-language or larger sites cost 1,50,000 BDT. Heavier builds like LMS, membership or booking start from 3,00,000 BDT. Payment is 50% advance and 50% on launch, by bKash, Nagad or bank transfer.
That 8,000 BDT usually buys you a pirated theme and free shared hosting. You get no SEO setup, no backups, no security and no support after launch. I've rebuilt dozens of those sites. Fixing it later costs you the 8,000 BDT you already lost, plus my full 50,000 BDT. You also lose weeks of traffic. Doing it right the first time is cheaper.
Yes, if it has a clean license and is well maintained. Good examples are Astra, Kadence, GeneratePress, Blocksy and premium ThemeForest themes from active authors. I'll review it for free before I quote. If the theme is bloated or abandoned, I'll tell you straight. I'd rather you spend 5,000 BDT on a better theme than save it and inherit problems.
Both options work. I can manage hosting for you on a setup I recommend, like Cloudways, Hostinger Business or a proper VPS, based on your traffic. Or I can deploy to a host you already own. I don't recommend the 1,200 BDT a year shared plans most Dhaka resellers push. They overload their servers and kill WordPress speed.
A standard 50,000 BDT build takes about 2 to 3 weeks from the advance payment. That assumes you send content and feedback on time. The 90,000 BDT corporate build usually takes 3 to 4 weeks. The delay is almost never me. It's content: a final logo, real photos of your office and team, and service descriptions in your own words. The faster you send content, the faster you launch.
