Because that 8,000 BDT typically buys you a nulled theme, a free shared host, no SEO setup, no backups, no security and no support after launch. I've rebuilt dozens of those. Re-doing the site properly later costs you the 8,000 BDT you already lost, plus my full 50,000 BDT, plus weeks of lost traffic. Doing it right the first time is cheaper.
Yes, if it's a clean license and a well-maintained theme (Astra, Kadence, GeneratePress, Blocksy, premium ThemeForest themes from active authors). I'll review it free before quoting. If the theme is bloated or abandoned, I'll tell you straight — I'd rather you spend 5,000 BDT on a better theme than save it and inherit problems.
Both options work. I can manage hosting for you on a recommended setup (Cloudways, Hostinger Business, or a proper VPS depending on traffic) or I can deploy to a host you already own. I do not recommend the 1,200 BDT/year shared hosting plans most Dhaka resellers push — they kill WordPress performance and oversell their servers badly.
A standard 50,000 BDT build is roughly 2 to 3 weeks from advance payment, assuming you provide content and feedback on time. The 90,000 BDT corporate build is usually 3 to 4 weeks.
