Website Redesign, Chittagong
When the site you already have is costing you customers
As a website redesign expert in Chittagong, I see the same pattern across Chattogram. A business paid for a website three or four years ago. A relative or a cheap shop built it, and now it sits there doing nothing. It takes eight seconds to load on mobile data. The menu doesn't work properly on a phone, and the WhatsApp number is wrong.
Then someone calls and says, 'I saw your website, but I called because I couldn't figure out how to order.' That last sentence is the whole problem. The site is pushing buyers away instead of pulling them in.
A redesign is a different job from a fresh build. I'm not starting from a blank page. I take over your content, your Google rankings, your old URLs and the habits your customers already have. Done carelessly, a redesign wipes out rankings you spent years earning. It also confuses regulars who knew where everything was.
Done right, you keep the SEO value and fix the URLs that matter. The new site beats the old one from week one. That difference comes from experience, not templates.
I'm RH Fardin, a solo website designer and developer. Every redesign I take is mine, from the first audit to the launch. I go through your current site page by page. I find what's broken, what's slow and what is silently losing you leads. Then I rebuild it. You are not handed to a junior after the sales call. There is no separate sales call, because I do both.
I work with Chittagong businesses the way they really operate. That means port-city trade, Agrabad offices, GEC retail and clinics, and importers and shipping agents. Most of their enquiries come in on mobile. So the redesign is built mobile-first, and the payment and contact flow assumes bKash and Nagad. It is made for a buyer holding a phone on 4G, not someone at a desktop in an office.
