Ask any Gulshan 1 or Gulshan 2 office park about website development price in Gulshan, and you'll collect a folder of numbers that don't match. One vendor names 25,000 BDT for 'everything included'. Add a bilingual interface, custom illustrations, a CRM link and pixel tracking for Facebook and Google Ads campaigns. Then 1,50,000 BDT is fair. Anything that needs a real database, customer login, dashboard or API logic is custom work. That starts at 3,00,000 BDT.
The 'koto taka?' question deserves a straight answer. Say a Gulshan vendor quotes 15,000 or 20,000 BDT for a 'professional website'. They're likely using a free template they'll swap out the moment you complain. Or they host your site on servers you can't control. Or a junior builds it, and you'll pay someone else to fix it in six months.
Real coding hours in Dhaka aren't free. My 50,000 BDT floor is about the minimum honest cost of a small site I'll put my name on and support for a year. Anything cheaper is a different product, dressed up to look like the same one.

Yes. I accept bKash and Nagad for both the 50% advance and the 50% launch payment. Regular bank transfer to a BDT account works too. For amounts over 1,00,000 BDT, bank transfer is usually cleaner, but the choice is yours. You get a proper VAT-friendly invoice either way.
We don't start development until you sign off on the homepage and one inner page. If those mockups don't match the brief we agreed on, you can walk away. I refund the advance, minus any third-party costs already paid, like domain or hosting. That's the design-approval guarantee.
Yes. All three fixed tiers include domain registration and the first year of fast cloud hosting plus SSL. You can also bring your own hosting and domain if you prefer. In that case, the same amount stays in your pocket. Either way, you own the accounts in your name from day one.
