Pricing built for Gulshan buyers
Why my prices stay readable instead of negotiable
Walk into any Gulshan 1 or Gulshan 2 office park asking for a website quote and you will collect a folder full of numbers that do not match. One vendor will name 25,000 BDT for 'everything included', a second will demand 6,00,000 for the same brief, and the third will refuse to give a price until you sit through a meeting. None of that helps you budget. That is the gap this page exists to close.
I am RH Fardin, a solo senior website designer and developer working out of Bangladesh, and I have spent the last five years shipping sites for founders, clinics, exporters, and small brands across Dhaka, including a steady share of clients headquartered around Gulshan Avenue, North Avenue, and the Banani-Gulshan corridor. Every site is designed, coded, deployed, and supported by me personally, which is exactly why I can publish a price list at all. There are no juniors I have to bill for and no agency overhead I have to recover.
The four pricing tiers below come from years of watching what Gulshan businesses actually need: a small consulting firm wants something credible and fast at 50,000 BDT, a growing brand wants a content-rich site at 90,000 BDT, and a company entertaining clients from London or Dubai usually lands at 1,50,000 BDT or steps into the custom tier from 3,00,000 BDT upward. Each tier is a finished product, not a stripped-down trial.
Payment is split 50% advance and 50% on launch through bKash, Nagad, or bank transfer, with a proper invoice every time. I do not chase milestone payments, hold source files hostage, or sneak hosting commissions into the bill. If your design is not approved you do not pay the second half, full stop.
