Built in Gulshan, for Gulshan
One senior developer, no agency layers between you and the code
Gulshan buyers have been burned the same way twice. First time, they hired a big-name Dhaka agency, paid 4-5 lakh, and ended up with a slow WordPress theme stuffed with plugins and a project manager who forwarded emails for six months. Second time, they tried a cheap freelancer from a Facebook group, got ghosted after the advance, and lost three months of marketing budget. That gap, between bloated agencies and unreliable solo work, is exactly where I sit.
I am RH Fardin. I run a one-person shop on purpose. Every line of HTML, every database query, every staging deploy is done by me. When you message me from your Gulshan Avenue office at 9pm because the contact form is acting up, you are messaging the person who wrote the contact form. Not a support ticket queue. Not a junior dev who needs to escalate. Around five years of doing this has taught me what actually breaks websites in Bangladesh, and how to build so it does not break.
My base for a custom-coded website starts at 50,000 BDT. Most Gulshan corporate sites land in the 90,000 to 1,50,000 BDT range because they need multilingual support, careers pages, investor sections, and proper integration with a CRM or HR system. If you need a full custom build with bespoke modules, web app features, or admin dashboards, the floor is 3,00,000 BDT. Payment is straightforward, 50% advance, 50% on launch, via bKash, Nagad, or bank transfer.
I do not pitch. I do not send 40-page proposals. We jump on a call, you tell me what your business actually does and who it sells to, and within two days you have a fixed scope, a fixed price, and a fixed launch date. If the design we sign off on does not match the live site within 5% on every breakpoint, I rebuild it. That is the only guarantee I make, because it is the only one most Dhaka shops break.
