For a small site in Dhaka, expect 4,000 to 8,000 BDT a year for domain plus reliable hosting. SSL setup and configuration on your hosting is included in my build price at no extra cost.
You get one round of revisions during design approval included in the quote. After launch, small content edits like phone number or pricing updates are free for the first month. New pages or features after that are billed by the hour or as a small fixed scope, and I always quote in writing first.
