Yes, often. The honest first step is a paid audit so I can see what was actually built, what is salvageable, and what should be redone. Many handovers from local agencies are missing admin credentials, have unlicensed plugins, or are built on themes that cannot be cleanly edited. I will tell you straight whether rescuing the project is cheaper than restarting from a clean base.
I operate as a sole proprietor under the rhfardin.com brand and issue proper BDT invoices that your finance or accounts team can record. Payments accept bank transfer, bKash and Nagad for advances, and bank transfer for the launch balance. If you need an NDA before sharing internal documents I will sign one before the kickoff call.
