One is the 15,000 BDT bait quote that turns into 80,000 BDT once "hosting, SSL, contact form and Bangla font" are billed on top. Another is the "unlimited revisions" clause that turns into a fight. A third is the silent handover to a junior in Mirpur the day after the invoice clears. Here you get one person, one number and one site shipped on schedule.
Here are six things that come inside every tier. None of them are "optional upgrades" that show up later in the final invoice.

A 10 to 12 page company site with a blog, several service pages, Bangla and English, lead forms and analytics sits around 90,000 BDT. A premium build with custom drawings, advanced animations, careful on-page SEO and 15 or more pages lands around 1,50,000 BDT. A custom web app, multi-vendor store or booking platform starts at 3,00,000 BDT. The same goes for anything that needs real backend logic. I scope those line by line instead of guessing on a call.
The 15,000 to 20,000 BDT "website design price in Dhaka" you see in Facebook ads is almost always one of three things. It may be a nulled WordPress theme dropped on cheap shared hosting with your logo pasted on. It may be a junior's portfolio piece where you are the experiment. Or it is a bait quote that triples after add-ons like hosting, SSL, Bangla font, contact form, edits, "SEO setup" and "mobile version."

At 15,000 BDT, nobody in Bangladesh ships a real custom WordPress site with all the basics. That means a working contact form, a proper Bangla font setup and page-speed work. It also means on-page SEO, an SSL and three weeks of revisions. Those cheap quotes are nulled themes on cheap hosting, junior practice work, or bait numbers that triple by invoice. I quote the full job once and ship the full job once.
All three work. You pay 50% in advance to lock the project on the calendar. You pay the other 50% on launch day, before I hand over admin access and DNS. bKash and Nagad are fine for the full amount. Bank transfer with a proper invoice works if your accounts team needs it. International clients can pay by Wise or bank wire.
You are covered by the design-approval guarantee. If you do not approve the direction during the design phase, the project ends there, and you do not owe the second 50%. I would rather walk away from a bad fit than push you through a build you do not believe in. That clause is in writing on every contract.
Hosting and SSL setup are included in the build fee, and I set them up properly. The hosting plan and the .com or .com.bd domain renewal are billed at cost on your own account. That is usually 8,000 to 15,000 BDT a year combined, based on the plan. Everything is in your name, so you own it all. There is no "rented" hosting where I disappear and your site dies.
Starter takes 2 weeks and Growth takes 3 weeks. Premium takes 3 to 4 weeks once the content is in, and custom builds take 6 to 10 weeks. And yes, I do it myself. I design in Figma, build in WordPress or a custom stack, and push the site live. There is no agency middleman and no junior assigned after you sign.
