About the studio
A website design company without the company politics
Walk into a typical website design company in Bangladesh and you meet three people: a salesperson who promises the world, a project manager who repeats what the salesperson said, and a junior who actually builds the thing using a template the salesperson has never seen. Six weeks later you receive a site that looks nothing like the mockup, the salesperson has stopped replying, and the junior has moved on to the next project. I built this studio because that loop is what I kept seeing from the inside.
I am RH Fardin, the entire team. I have been designing and building websites for businesses across Bangladesh for around five years — corporate sites for Dhaka, Chattogram and Rajshahi clients, ecommerce stores running on bKash and Nagad, redesigns of badly aging WordPress installations, and small landing-page systems for Facebook ad campaigns. Every line of CSS, every wireframe, every WhatsApp reply at 11pm — me.
Because I do not carry a sales team, an office in Gulshan, or a roster of juniors I have to keep billable, my floor price stays at 50,000 BDT and my middle tier at 90,000 BDT. A standard agency quote for the same scope in Dhaka usually starts around 1,50,000–2,00,000 BDT, with most of that going to overhead you will never see. You are not paying for a brand name. You are paying for the person whose name is on the brand.
If you want a company with twenty staff and a corner office, I am not that. I work direct with the founder or the marketing lead, I send screen recordings instead of status meetings, and I commit to a design-approval guarantee — no code gets written until you actually like what you see. That is a different way of running a website design company in Bangladesh, and it only works if I keep the team at one.
