Pricing without the runaround
What a serious website actually costs in Gulshan
Most Gulshan owners I talk to have already collected three or four very different quotes for website design and development. The price might be 18,000 taka from a cousin's friend and 45,000 from a Facebook page. Then a Banani agency with a slide deck asks for 7,80,000. None of them explain why.
So here is the answer first. A serious, custom website starts at 50,000 BDT with me. It ranks, it loads fast on a Robi 4G connection in Gulshan-2 traffic and it is built to last more than six months. That floor exists for a reason. It is not a way to start haggling.
I am RH Fardin, and I design and build every page myself. There is no junior team and no white-label work sent off to a basement in Mirpur. There are no surprise add-ons after you sign the contract.
About five years of doing this end to end has shown me where Gulshan clients really lose money. First, they pay for revisions because the first draft was generic. Second, they pay retainers to fix what cheap developers broke. Third, they run Facebook ads that send traffic to a homepage no one trusts. Good pricing prevents all three.
This page lays out three fixed tiers: 50,000, 90,000 and 1,50,000 BDT. It also shows the custom-build floor at 3,00,000 BDT. Payment is simple. You pay 50% in advance to lock the calendar and 50% on launch. There is no hidden hosting markup and no per-page surcharge.
You also pay nothing extra for changing your mind during the design-approval round. If the first design direction is not right, we keep refining until you sign off. That is the design-approval guarantee, and it is written into every contract.
Gulshan rates differ a little from the rest of Dhaka because the buyer is different. You are usually a director, a country head or the second-generation owner of a family business. Your office may be on Road 11 or near Gulshan Circle 2. You don't want to babysit a developer for three months. So the pricing below lets you pick a tier, sign, pay and get back to running the company.
