Why a one-person agency beats a ten-person one in Dhaka
An agency model that respects your time and your budget
Here is what usually happens when a Dhaka business hires a typical web design agency: the founder or sales person takes the meeting, says yes to everything, signs you up, then disappears. Your project gets passed to an account manager who passes it to a junior designer who is two months into the job. Three rounds later, you are explaining your business to someone new on every call. By month three you are paying agency rates for trainee work, and your launch date keeps sliding because the senior never has time to review.
I built my practice as the opposite of that. When you hire me as your web design agency in Dhaka, the same person who answers your first WhatsApp is the same person sketching your homepage, writing the CSS, configuring the CMS, and pressing deploy. There is no account manager between us. There is no junior practicing on your money. If something is wrong, you tell me, and I fix it that day. If something is right, we ship it.
I have been doing this for around five years, mostly for small and mid-size businesses in Dhaka, Chattogram, and a few clients overseas. That timeline matters less than what is inside it: I have built corporate sites, ecommerce stores with bKash and Nagad, landing pages for paid traffic, and rebuilds of WordPress sites that previous agencies left broken. The pattern repeats. Owners come to me after one or two agency disappointments, frustrated that nobody senior ever actually touched their project.
Pricing is straightforward and posted up front: 50,000 BDT for a focused starter, 90,000 BDT for a standard business site, 1,50,000 BDT for a larger build with more pages and integrations, and from 3,00,000 BDT for custom work. Half on signing, half when the site goes live, and I do not invoice the second half until you have approved the design. That single rule kills 90% of the trust problems that plague the agency market here.
