I avoid all of that because I am drawing the design knowing exactly how I will code it.

The schedule depends almost entirely on how quickly you give me real text, real photos and feedback on the design. I do not lock you into my hosting. The domain is registered in your name and email, the hosting account is in your name, and you pay the bills directly.
