The 8,000 taka quote is almost always a nulled WordPress theme, shared hosting from a reseller, no SSL setup, no backups, and a developer who disappears after the first month.
The 4,00,000 quote often includes a project manager, a junior designer, a junior developer, a QA person, and a sales commission — five layers of cost that have nothing to do with your actual website.

From year two onward, hosting renewal is around 6,000-12,000 BDT per year depending on traffic — paid directly to the host, not to me. I do not mark up infrastructure. You own the domain and hosting account.
Small text and image edits in the first 30 days are free. After that, you can either edit the site yourself through the CMS — which I will walk you through — or buy an ad-hoc support pack.
