Web Development in Motijheel

Web development in Motijheel, built and shipped by the one person you actually call.

I am RH Fardin, a solo website developer who designs, codes and launches every project myself. For the trade firms, buying houses, brokerages and chambers packed around Dilkusha and Motijheel C/A, I build sites that do real work — RFQ forms that reach the right desk, bilingual pages a German buyer and a local supplier both read, bKash and Nagad wired in cleanly. No agency floor, no junior learning on your project.

Web development motijheel projects from 50,000 BDT. 50% advance, 50% on launch via bKash, Nagad or bank transfer. Design-approval guarantee, around 5 years building production sites in Bangladesh.

How this works in Motijheel

In Motijheel the site that matters is the one a foreign buyer opens at 2am their time

Most offices in Motijheel do not get walk-in customers. A buying house on Dilkusha gets an email from a sourcing agent in Hamburg who Googled the company at midnight, clicked the site, and decided in eleven seconds whether to send the RFQ or move on. A commodity importer near the DSE gets a principal in Singapore checking whether the firm looks real before a six-figure order. That is what web development in Motijheel is actually for — not impressing the neighbours on the same floor, but surviving the cold, skeptical, time-zone-shifted glance of someone who will never visit Dhaka. Build the site for that person, or do not bother.

The trap here is the vendor next door. Walk any lane off Motijheel C/A and there is an IT shop offering a full website for 15,000 taka — same building, easy to visit, speaks Bangla, feels safe. What you get is a nulled theme on shared hosting, a contact form quietly emailing an address nobody owns, and zero source code. I rebuild these every few months. By the time you have paid the first shop, the second one to fix it, and a third to recover your hosting, you have spent past 50,000 BDT and lost a quarter. Web development motijheel bd is one of those markets where 'cheapest and nearest' is the most expensive route there is.

I am RH Fardin, working solo for about five years on production sites — not an agency, not a reseller, not a team of juniors with a salesperson in front. The person who hears that you need the careers form to route to HR, the rate sheet to be editable by your office manager, and the whole thing to read in Bangla and English is the same person who writes that code and answers your WhatsApp in month fourteen.

For a regulated chamber, an audit firm or a trade body, that single accountable hand is the whole point. It is also why I can ship a properly engineered site for 50,000 BDT while a Gulshan agency quotes 3,00,000 for the same finish: you pay for the work, not the office rent.

I scope tightly and name a launch date I can hit. Tiers run 50,000, 90,000 and 1,50,000 BDT depending on page count, bilingual structure and how much is transactional. Genuinely custom development — member portals, payment-gateway and bKash/Nagad checkout, live rate systems, CRM or API integrations — starts at 3,00,000 BDT and only after a real scoping call. Fifty percent advance, fifty percent on launch, and you sign off on the design before I write a line of production code. If your budget is honestly under 50,000 BDT, I will say so on the first call rather than ship you something I would not put my name on.

What's included

What a Motijheel firm actually gets from real web development

Six things aimed at how a Dilkusha trade or finance office actually uses a website — not a generic feature list reused on every page.

01

RFQ forms that route

Your enquiry, quote-request and careers forms are wired to a live inbox you control, with a fallback so nothing silently dies. The defect I inherit most often in Motijheel is a form emailing a dead Gmail — I make that impossible by testing it from a real network before launch.

02

Bilingual, properly

A real Bangla-English structure, not Google Translate bolted on. Your foreign principal reads clean English; your local supplier and HR read Bangla. Both versions are coded as first-class pages so Google indexes each and neither breaks the layout.

03

Trust in eleven seconds

A foreign sourcing agent decides fast. Clear company profile, downloadable PDF, real credentials, a working contact path — built so a skeptical buyer who has never heard of you sends the RFQ instead of bouncing to a competitor.

04

bKash and Nagad wired in

A 'Pay advance via bKash' block on a quote, a Nagad number with copy-button, or a full gateway checkout — built and tested against the live service, not faked in a demo, so the first real payment actually clears.

05

Editable without me

Change a rate, post a notice or swap a tender PDF without paying anyone. I hand over a backend your office manager can run, plus a short walkthrough — so you are never held hostage by the developer who built it, the way you were last time.

06

One number, after launch

The developer who quoted you is the one who answers when something needs changing fourteen months on. No relay through a coordinator, no 'the person who built it has left'. Most of my Motijheel work is repeat and referral for exactly this reason.

In focus

Why 'design' and 'development' are not the same thing in Motijheel — and which one saves you

A lot of vendors around Dilkusha sell you the part you can see and skip the part that does the work. Design is how the site looks; development is whether it behaves. You can be handed a beautiful homepage that still has a dead RFQ form, a bilingual toggle that just reloads the same English page, a 'Pay via bKash' button wired to nothing, and a backend nobody at your office can touch.

For a Motijheel firm that is the worst possible failure, because it fails silently — the site looks perfect to you while a buyer's enquiry quietly bounces into the void and you never learn the order existed. Real web development in Motijheel is the unglamorous half: the form that routes, the integration that charges, the Bangla page that actually loads in Bangla, the code you own and can edit. I do the design too, but the development is what protects the deal.

So when a Motijheel firm asks 'koto taka?', the honest answer turns on what the site has to do, not how it looks. The 50,000 BDT tier ships a clean, fast core site with a working enquiry form — enough for a focused trade firm that mainly needs to look real and be reachable. The 90,000 BDT tier covers a fuller multi-page build with a proper notices/tenders section, a careers pipeline and a stronger bilingual structure.

The 1,50,000 BDT tier adds custom functionality, a downloadable company profile and full Bangla-English pages throughout — the typical fit for an established buying house or chamber. Anything transactional — a member login, a payment-gateway checkout, a live rate-sheet system, a hook into your existing accounting or CRM — is real engineering and starts at 3,00,000 BDT. What does not move my price is 'modern look' or 'animation'; any competent senior gives you that at the base tier. You pay for what the site does after someone clicks submit.

Frequently asked

Straight answers before we build.

The questions Motijheel business owners actually raise on the first call before handing over a project.

Web development in Motijheel — koto taka actually?

Three honest tiers. 50,000 BDT for a clean, fast core site with a working enquiry form. 90,000 BDT for a fuller multi-page build with a notices/tenders and careers section and a stronger bilingual structure. 1,50,000 BDT when you also need custom functionality, a downloadable company profile and full Bangla-English pages throughout. Anything transactional — payment-gateway checkout, member login, live rate systems, CRM or API integration — is custom and starts at 3,00,000 BDT. Payment is 50% advance, 50% on launch, via bKash, Nagad or bank transfer.

There is an IT shop in my own building quoting 15,000 taka. Why pay more?

Because near-and-cheap is the most expensive route in Motijheel. At 15,000 taka you almost always get a nulled theme on shared hosting, a form pointed at a Gmail nobody owns, and no source code — so the day it breaks, you are paying a stranger to reverse-engineer a site you supposedly own. I have rebuilt plenty of them. By the time you have paid the first shop, the fixer, and the hosting recovery, you have passed 50,000 BDT and lost months. The base price is what a real working site honestly costs.

Can you build the site in both Bangla and English for our foreign buyers?

Yes, and properly — not a translate widget. I code clean English pages for your overseas principals and sourcing agents, and a real Bangla version for local suppliers, staff and HR, both as first-class indexed pages so neither breaks the layout and both can rank on Google. A genuine bilingual structure sits in the 90,000 BDT and 1,50,000 BDT tiers; a single-language core site is the 50,000 BDT tier.

Our enquiry form never delivered messages and we lost orders. Can you fix that?

That is the single most common defect I inherit in Motijheel. I rebuild the form, wire it to a live inbox you control with a fallback so nothing silently dies, and test it from a real network before launch — including the RFQ, quote-request and careers forms separately so a German buyer's message and a local CV both land where they should. If your current site is salvageable I can fix just this; if it is a nulled theme on dead hosting, a rebuild is usually cheaper than chasing the original vendor.

Do you have an office in Motijheel, or how do we meet?

I work remotely and run solo, which is exactly how the price stays at 50,000 BDT instead of an agency's 3 lakh — no office rent on Motijheel C/A to pass on to you. Most clients are fine with a Zoom or WhatsApp call for the kickoff. If you prefer face-to-face for the first meeting I am based in Dhaka and can meet for an hour near the financial district. After that, the same WhatsApp number stays open through the build and long after launch.

After launch, are we stuck depending on you for every small change?

No — that dependence is the trap I am built to break. I hand over a backend your office manager can run, so posting a notice, swapping a tender PDF or updating a rate is something you do yourself, plus a short walkthrough so it sticks. For real developer work — new pages, a new integration, a framework or security update — you message the same number you have had since day one and I handle it. You own the domain, the hosting and the source code, so you are never held hostage again.
