About
What an actual web development agency in Dhaka looks like when one person runs it
Walk into most so-called web development agencies in Dhaka and you will meet a marketing manager, a designer, an account handler, a project coordinator and a developer. By the time your message reaches the person who will actually touch the code, it has been translated three times and half the nuance is gone. I cut all of that out. When you message me on WhatsApp, you are messaging the developer who will write your CSS, configure your hosting, and reply at 10 PM if your contact form stops sending leads.
I have spent close to 5 years building websites for clients in Dhanmondi, Gulshan, Banani, Mirpur, Uttara and a fair number of clients I have never met in person because they are running their business from Sylhet or Khulna and just want it done well. Every project goes through the same flow: a 30 minute call (often on WhatsApp video), a written scope, a design mockup you approve before development starts, the build, two rounds of revisions, then launch. No surprises, no "oh that costs extra" three weeks in.
The brand is RH Fardin and the agency is RH Fardin. Same person, same standard, same WhatsApp number that picks up. Pricing tiers are 50,000 BDT for a tight 5-7 page business site, 90,000 BDT when you need WooCommerce or a more layered design, and 1,50,000 BDT for larger marketing sites with custom sections. Custom web application work starts at 3,00,000 BDT and is quoted after scope. Payment is 50% advance, 50% on launch. bKash, Nagad and bank transfer all work.
If you are comparing me to a 20-person agency in Banani that quotes 4,00,000 BDT for the same 8-page site, the honest answer is they have more overhead to cover and you are paying for the office in Gulshan-2 and the four account managers. If you are comparing me to a Daraz-style 'website at 5,000 taka' offer, please do not. Those are templates with your logo dropped in and a contact form that nobody monitors. I sit in the middle on purpose: senior craftsmanship, no agency tax.
