Why "service" is the word that matters
In Chattogram, the build is easy to buy. The service is the part that goes missing.
Ask almost any business owner around Agrabad or Khatunganj who has paid for a website before, and the story rhymes: the build itself was fine, the launch happened, and then the person went quiet. A phone number that stops being answered. A "bhai, ami ektu busy, porer week dekhbo" that turns into never. A small text change — a new price, a new product, a number that moved — that sits broken for two months because the only person who knew the site has moved on to the next advance. That gap, after the work is delivered, is where the word service lives. And it is exactly the part the cheap quote quietly leaves out.
I'm RH Fardin, a solo senior web designer in Bangladesh, and I sell a service, not a drop-off. Roughly five years of this has been spent on the businesses Chattogram actually runs on — importers and clearing-and-forwarding firms near the port, wholesale traders along Khatunganj and CDA Avenue, showrooms and offices on the GEC strip, clinics in Khulshi and Nasirabad, shops taking payment by bKash and Nagad.
I do every stage myself: the call where I work out what your buyer needs to see, the layout, the visual direction, the build, the speed tuning, the launch — and then I am still the contact afterward. There is no account manager passing your message along and no junior who quietly owned the work and has now left the company with your site in their head.
A service also means the process is run, not improvised. We start on a real call in Bangla or English, not a form. I map what your buyer is deciding before they message you, agree the scope and the tier, design the screens in Figma and get your sign-off before a line of production code is written, build it mobile-first, tune it to load on the 4G people actually have in GEC and Agrabad traffic, and walk you through how to run it at handover.
You always know which stage we are at and what happens next — which, for an owner who has been ghosted by a developer once already, is most of the reason "web design service Chittagong" gets searched in the first place.
The money is plain, and it reads the same whether your letterhead says Chittagong or Chattogram. The floor is 50,000 BDT, with tiers at 50,000, 90,000 and 1,50,000 BDT depending on scope, and fully custom builds from 3,00,000 BDT. Payment is 50 percent advance and 50 percent on launch — I will not start without the advance, and I will not chase you for the rest; it is due when you sign off on the live site.
The design-approval guarantee is in writing: in-scope revisions continue until you genuinely approve the look, so you are never paying the second half for something you do not like. That is the service. The build is just the middle of it.
