A service, not a slideshow
What you're actually buying
Most web design services in Bangladesh sell you a list. "We do design, development, SEO, hosting, maintenance, branding, marketing" — a whole menu from a company that quietly farms the real work out to whoever is cheapest that week. My web design service is the opposite shape. It is one thing done properly: a website, designed and built by the person you are talking to, finished on a date we agree before we start.
When you hire me you get a defined scope in writing — exactly which pages, what each one does, what content goes where, and what "done" looks like — before a single taka changes hands. That scope is the whole point of treating this as a service and not a vague "website project." It is the difference between a job that wraps up in weeks and one that drags for six months while everyone argues about what was promised.
I have spent roughly 5 years doing this work end to end, for blogs, online stores, agencies and personal brands across Bangladesh. Because I run lean and take a limited number of projects at once, the money you pay goes into the actual design and build, not into an office in Banani or a sales team whose job is to keep you on the phone. You are paying for output, not overhead.
Every site I deliver is mobile-first, because in Bangladesh your buyer is almost always on a phone with imperfect data. If your web design service hands you something that only looks sharp on a desktop monitor, it has failed the people who actually visit your site. Fast on a mid-range Android, easy to tap, quick to load on 4G — that is the baseline, not an upgrade.
