About this Shopify build
A Dhaka shop owner's view of Shopify, not a reseller's
Most Shopify stores I open in Dhaka have the same three problems: a US-style checkout that confuses a Mirpur buyer, a product page that loads four hero videos before the price, and an admin where the owner cannot find yesterday's COD orders without a phone call. Those are not Shopify problems. Those are setup choices a generalist agency made because they ship the same theme to a Toronto cafe and a Bashundhara boutique. A Shopify store development company in Dhaka should make different choices, and that is where this page starts.
I am RH Fardin, a senior designer and developer working solo from Bangladesh. I have been on the Shopify platform for close to five years, building stores for fashion, accessories, home goods and small electronics brands selling in Dhaka and shipping nationwide. I do the strategy call, the design, the theme work in Liquid, the app picks, the payment and shipping zone setup, the order-status localisation and the launch. You talk to the person who actually clicks Publish.
I do not run a Shopify reseller funnel. I do not push the most expensive plan or the longest app stack. For most Dhaka brands doing under 500 orders a month, Basic Shopify with a tight theme, two or three carefully chosen apps and a sharp product page does more for revenue than a Plus migration. I will tell you that on the first call instead of writing a quote that conveniently matches a higher commission tier.
Pricing is open: a small Shopify store with a focused catalog and clean COD flow starts at 50,000 BDT, a fuller store with collections, blog, custom sections and proper conversion work lands between 90,000 and 1,50,000 BDT, and a heavily custom Shopify build, multi-language, or a complex catalog migration starts at 3,00,000 BDT. Terms are 50% advance and 50% on launch. If the design proofs do not get your approval, we keep iterating until they do or you walk with no code obligation.
