Who actually builds your Shopify store
A small, opinionated Shopify shop run by the person who codes it
A lot of Dhaka merchants come to me after their second or third "Shopify expert" — a store with three apps installed for one feature, theme code edited in six different files, and a checkout where the "Cash on Delivery" option is buried under three other payment methods nobody in Bangladesh uses. That is the real Shopify problem in this country. Not the platform — the way it gets handed off between three juniors and an account manager who has never actually published a product.
I am RH Fardin, a senior website designer and developer based in Bangladesh. "Company" on this page means me, with about five years of building Shopify stores for BD merchants — fashion brands selling three-piece sets, electronics resellers in Patuakhali, beauty importers in Banani, food brands shipping outside Dhaka. I do the strategy call, the theme work, the checkout configuration, the speed pass, the launch QA, and the handover video. Same person from kickoff to launch.
I work on a small number of stores at once so each one gets real attention. You get my number on WhatsApp, a fixed quote in BDT, and a written design-approval guarantee that says you sign off the homepage and key templates before we move to development. If you do not approve the look, we keep iterating — no surprise invoice, no "the developer already started, sir".
Pricing is honest: Shopify store builds start at 50,000 BDT for a focused launch — your theme, around 20 to 40 products, BD courier and COD setup, basic apps, and training. The 90,000 BDT and 1,50,000 BDT tiers buy you deeper custom sections, more collections, advanced filtering, bigger catalogues, and tighter brand work. Heavy custom Shopify (custom apps, B2B portals, ERP integrations) starts at 3,00,000 BDT. Payment terms are 50% advance, 50% on launch.
