How I price SEO in Bangladesh
Real numbers, written down, before you sign anything
Ask three SEO companies in Dhaka for a price and you get three answers: 8,000 taka, 25,000 taka, and 'sir please call.' The cheap one is selling you a spreadsheet of meta tags and ten Fiverr backlinks per month. The 'please call' one is hoping you'll commit before reading the fine print. Neither price is honest because neither is tied to the work that actually moves Google rankings in 2026.
I do SEO differently and I price it that way. The floor is 50,000 BDT per month. That is not a starter discount, that is the real cost of one senior person doing the work — technical fixes, on-page rewrites, content publishing, real outreach for links, GSC and GA4 analysis, monthly reporting that shows what changed and why. Anything cheaper is either a junior copy-pasting checklists or a bot doing comment spam on Indonesian blogs.
What changes the price above the floor is straightforward: how competitive your keywords are (ranking for 'best lawyer in Dhanmondi' costs less than 'real estate Dhaka'), how broken your site is on day one (a 200-page WordPress install with no schema, broken redirects, and a 7-second LCP needs serious technical work before any link helps), how much content you need produced per month, and how aggressive the link-building target is.
I work with one client at a time per niche, so I don't pitch you and then quietly take on your competitor next month. Engagements are monthly rolling — no 6 or 12-month chain-tied contracts. If month three doesn't show movement in rankings, traffic, or conversions, you can stop. That's the deal I'd want as a buyer, so that's the deal I offer.
