It was designed to be cheap enough that a business owner says yes without thinking, and vague enough that nobody can prove it failed. What actually happens: the agency submits your site to 50 dead directories in month one, writes a few blog posts using AI in month two, and by month four you are politely asked to be patient because 'SEO takes time'. A year later, you cancel, having paid 60,000-180,000 BDT for traffic you could have got from a single well-written page.
Proper SEO in Bangladesh is more upfront work and less ongoing busywork. The first 60-90 days are heavy: a real audit, a keyword map for your category, on-page fixes across every important URL, technical cleanup, and a content plan.
