Who runs your SEO
An SEO consultant in Dhaka who actually does the work
Most Dhaka business owners I meet have already paid one or two SEO providers and have nothing to show for it — a PDF full of "impressions," a few backlinks from PBNs, and rankings on keywords nobody searches. The problem is rarely effort; it's that the work was sold by a sales person and done by a junior who never opened your website's source code. I sell what I will personally execute, which is why my list of services is narrower than an agency's and the results land more often.
I am RH Fardin. For roughly five years I have worked Google Search and Google Ads for Bangladeshi businesses — shops in Bashundhara, clinics in Dhanmondi, exporters in Tejgaon, SaaS founders in Banani. I work as one senior operator: I do the keyword research, I write the title tags, I fix the schema, I claim and clean the Google Business Profile, I chase the genuine local links. When you message me, you reach the person doing the work.
My approach is unglamorous on purpose. First, a real audit of what is actually broken — usually a mix of thin pages, duplicate titles, slow mobile load, weak internal linking, and a Google Business Profile that has not been touched since it was created. Second, a 90-day plan with the smallest number of moves that will produce the biggest rank shift. Third, monthly reports that show position changes for keywords your buyers actually type — "dentist in dhanmondi," "furniture shop in mirpur," "car rental dhaka airport" — not vanity numbers.
I am not the right fit for everyone. If you want 200 keywords ranked in 30 days, or you want monthly DA stats and traffic graphs that look impressive but don't convert, hire an agency. If you want one senior person to make your site actually rank for the queries your customers type in Dhaka, and you want to be told the truth when something is not working, this is the right page.
