Here is what I check on a Dhaka responsive site before I am happy to ship it: Can the user tap the call button with their right thumb while holding a shopping bag in their left hand, standing in Bashundhara City lift? Does the WhatsApp button still float above the keyboard when they start typing in the contact form? Does the product price stay on one line in Bangla and English at 360px? Does the menu open without covering the logo?
Does the hero image not push everything else down two seconds after the page loads? Most sites I audit in Dhaka fail four out of those five. The reason is simple — they were designed on desktop and the mobile layout was an export, not a design.

Depends on what you have. If your current site is WordPress with a half-decent theme, I can often re-skin the mobile layout, fix the breakpoints, rebuild the navigation for thumb use, and compress the assets — usually for less than the price of a full rebuild.
