Here is what I check on a Dhaka responsive site before I am happy to ship it. Can the user tap the call button with their right thumb while holding a shopping bag in their left hand, in a Bashundhara City lift? Does the WhatsApp button still float above the keyboard when they type in the contact form? Does the product price stay on one line in Bangla and English at 360px?
Does the menu open without covering the logo? Does the hero image stay put, instead of pushing everything down two seconds after the page loads? Most sites I audit in Dhaka fail four of those five. The reason is simple. They were designed on desktop, and the mobile layout was an export, not a design.
The other half is data cost and patience. A typical buyer in Dhaka is on a 30-day, 5GB MB pack from GP or Robi. They will not wait more than three seconds for your homepage. Say your site is 4MB of heavy hero images and three Google Fonts. Then you lose them before they see the price.

Yes, that is the whole point. Before launch, I test on real low-end and mid-range Android phones: Symphony, Walton, Redmi and Galaxy A-series. I don't just use a high-end iPhone in Chrome DevTools. Your customer may be on a 3-year-old Galaxy A12 with a cracked screen on the Uttara bus. The site needs to work for them. They are the buyer, not the designer.

It depends on what you have. Your current site may be WordPress with a half-decent theme. Then I can often re-skin the mobile layout, fix the breakpoints, rebuild the menu for thumb use, and compress the files. That usually costs less than a full rebuild. If the site is a hand-coded mess or a bloated template from 2019, a clean 50,000 BDT base is honestly cheaper than patching it. I will tell you which after I look at the site, not before.
A single-page responsive site takes about 10 to 14 days from advance payment. That includes mobile design approval, desktop layout, device testing and launch.
