Built by one senior, not a rotating team
The Dhaka online store company that is one person on purpose
Most online store development companies in Dhaka are stacked the same way: a Banani office, a sales lead who talks beautifully, a project manager who forwards your emails, and an intern who actually opens WooCommerce at midnight to wire up bKash. By the time your store goes live, the person who promised you the world has never opened your admin panel, and the person fixing your shipping bug has never spoken to you. That gap is where Dhaka ecommerce projects quietly rot.
I run this differently because I am not an agency. I am RH Fardin, a solo website designer and developer working from Bangladesh, and I have spent about five years shipping stores end to end. The founder I talk to on day one is the founder I deliver to on day forty. Same Bangla, same English, same number on WhatsApp, same person inside your admin. No handovers, no "let me check with the team", no surprise junior pushing untested code to production.
Online store work in Dhaka has very specific shape. Buyers will scroll your product on a mid-range Android over Robi or Grameenphone data, ask koto taka in the comments, demand cash on delivery, and expect Pathao or Steadfast to pick up the parcel by tomorrow. I build for that exact buyer. The store renders fast on a 4G connection in Mirpur, the checkout asks for the bare minimum, and the admin lets your operations team confirm a Sundarban or RedX booking in three clicks, not ten.
Pricing is honest because the alternative wastes everyone's time. Starter stores from 50,000 BDT. The 90,000 BDT tier is where most Dhaka founders land. The 1,50,000 BDT build is the proper catalog store with payment, COD, courier sync and a real admin. Custom work, B2B portals, multi-vendor, headless Shopify, anything serious, starts at 3,00,000 BDT. Always 50% advance and 50% on launch, never 100% upfront, never invoices padded with line items you did not ask for.
