Online Store Development Company BD

Online store development company in BD, run by the person who actually builds it

Most stores in Bangladesh die at checkout — no bKash, no clear COD, a cart that breaks on a Symphony phone. I build online stores that close the order: mobile-first, payment-ready, and fast on slow data. You talk to me, RH Fardin, start to finish. No account manager, no junior copy-pasting a theme.

~5 years building stores in Bangladesh. Solo, senior, accountable. Pricing starts at 50,000 BDT with 50% advance and 50% on launch.

Who builds your store

A one-person online store company, by design

I am RH Fardin, and "company" here means one senior developer who personally designs, builds, and ships your store — not a sales desk that hands you to whoever is free. When you ask a question about your checkout flow or your bKash integration, the person answering is the person who wrote the code. That is rarer in Bangladesh than it should be, and it is the whole reason clients move to me after a bad agency run.

An online store is not a brochure site with a cart bolted on. It has to handle inventory, variants, delivery zones, COD versus prepaid, abandoned carts, and customers who message your Facebook page asking "eta ki available?" before they trust the buy button. I have built around these realities for roughly five years, so I know where Bangladeshi stores actually leak orders — and it is almost never the homepage.

I keep the client list small on purpose. One store at a time gets my full attention, which is why I can promise you a real launch date and answer your messages the same day instead of two weeks later. You are not subsidising a 20-person office; you are paying for the build and the brain behind it.

Everything ships clean: a CMS you can actually update yourself, product pages you can add to without calling me, and a structure that does not collapse when you go from 30 products to 300. I hand over the keys properly — no being held hostage for every price change.

What's included

What you get from an online store built for Bangladesh

Not a generic ecommerce template. A store shaped around how Bangladeshi buyers actually pay, browse, and decide.

01

bKash & Nagad ready

Mobile wallet checkout wired in properly so buyers pay the way they already pay. Prepaid and bKash/Nagad sit right next to cash on delivery, not buried three taps deep.

02

COD done right

Cash on delivery with delivery-zone logic, partial advance options, and order confirmation that cuts fake orders. COD is most of your revenue — it is treated that way, not as an afterthought.

03

Fast on slow data

Built to load on 3G and budget Android phones across Bangladesh. A store that stalls for two seconds loses the sale before the product even appears.

04

Mobile-first checkout

Most of your buyers arrive from Facebook on a phone. The cart, address fields, and payment step are designed thumb-first so people finish the order in one sitting.

05

Self-serve catalog

Add products, change prices, mark stock out — all without calling me. You run the day-to-day; I am not a tollbooth on your own inventory.

06

Built to be trusted

Clear pricing, real delivery info, working contact, and an order flow that feels safe. In BD, trust is the conversion lever — a store that looks legit gets the order.

In focus

Why Bangladeshi online stores lose orders at checkout (and how I fix it)

Here is the pattern I see again and again: a founder spends on ads, drives traffic from a Facebook page, and the store gets visits — but the orders trickle in over Messenger instead of through the cart. Why? Because the checkout asks for things buyers do not want to commit to yet. There is no clear COD option, the bKash number is just typed in a corner, the delivery charge is a mystery until the last screen, and the whole thing feels heavier than just messaging the page. So buyers default to DM-ing you, and you lose the automation, the inventory tracking, and half the orders to slow replies.

I build the store so the cart becomes the easiest path, not the scariest one. That means cash on delivery and bKash/Nagad presented side by side from the product page, delivery charges shown before checkout — inside Dhaka versus outside — order confirmation that filters out the time-wasters, and a structure that scales as your catalog grows. Pricing is honest and tiered: 50,000 BDT to start, 90,000 BDT and 1,50,000 BDT as the store gets more complex, and fully custom builds from 3,00,000 BDT.

You pay 50% advance and 50% on launch, and nothing ships until you have approved the design. When someone asks "koto taka?", I give a straight number tied to what your store actually needs — not a vague "it depends" to drag you into a meeting.

Frequently asked

Straight answers before we build.

Straight answers on price, payments, and what an online store build with me actually involves.

Online store development e koto taka lage? What does it cost in BD?

My online store builds start at 50,000 BDT. The tiers are 50,000 / 90,000 / 1,50,000 BDT depending on how many products, payment methods, and custom features you need, and fully custom stores start from 3,00,000 BDT. Payment is 50% advance to start and 50% on launch. I give you a fixed number for your exact store before any work begins — no surprise add-ons later.

Can you add bKash and Nagad payment to the store?

Yes. I wire in bKash and Nagad so buyers can pay the way they already do, alongside cash on delivery. I set them up so the payment options are visible early — from the product page — not hidden at the final step where people abandon the cart.

How do you handle cash on delivery and fake orders?

COD is built in with delivery-zone logic so charges differ inside and outside Dhaka, plus an order-confirmation step that cuts down fake and prank orders. For higher-value items I can set a small partial advance via bKash to filter serious buyers. COD is most BD ecommerce revenue, so it is built properly, not bolted on.

Will I be able to add products and change prices myself?

Yes. You get a CMS where you add products, edit prices, upload photos, and mark items out of stock without messaging me. I am not a tollbooth on your own catalog — I hand over a store you actually control.

Am I really dealing with one person, not an agency team?

One person — me, RH Fardin. I personally design, build, and ship your store, and I am who you message when you have a question. No account manager relaying things to a junior. That is why I keep the client list small and can give you a real launch date.

How long does it take to launch an online store?

It depends on catalog size and features, but I commit to a real launch date before we start rather than a vague estimate. Smaller stores move fast; larger catalogs with custom payment and delivery logic take longer. Nothing goes live until you have approved the design — that is part of the deal.
