About RH Fardin
An app on a slide is not an app in your customer's hand
The most expensive mistake I see in Uttara is not overpaying — it is paying 60,000 taka for an "app" that turns out to be an APK file mailed to you on WhatsApp. No Play Store listing, no update mechanism, no admin panel, and no way to fix a bug without going back to a developer who has already moved on. The owner finds out months later, when a customer asks "apnar app ta Play Store-e nai keno?" and there is no good answer. An app that is not on the store, not updatable, and not owned by you is not an asset. It is a liability with an icon.
I am RH Fardin, a solo senior developer based in Bangladesh, roughly five years in. Mobile app development in Uttara, for me, starts with an honest conversation about whether you need an app at all — because a lot of Uttara businesses are better served by a fast, installable mobile web app than by a native build that costs more and sits unused. If you do need a real app, I personally handle the scoping, the UI design, the cross-platform build, the bKash/Nagad integration, the admin panel, the store submission, and the launch. No junior inherits your project halfway through.
Pricing is plain. The floor is 50,000 BDT, with tiers at 50,000, 90,000 and 1,50,000 BDT depending on screens, payment flow and admin complexity. A genuinely custom app — multiple user roles, live tracking, heavy backend logic — starts from 3,00,000 BDT, and I will tell you in the first call which bracket your idea actually falls into instead of quoting low to win and padding later. There is one person doing the work, so there is one person accountable for what ships.
Terms are 50 percent advance, 50 percent on launch. I will not start without the advance, and I will not start the build until you have approved the screen designs — that is the design-approval guarantee. You see and sign off on every key screen before a single line of production code is written, so you never reach launch and discover the app looks nothing like what you pictured. The second 50 percent is due when it is live and submitted, not before.
